Love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is fabulous. This was my first time trying a "Smart" tv. The TV connected to the internet really easily. My apps downloaded wonderfully. There were even channels that I caught automatically with the tv. It's pretty neat.

TV worked well, but can't use with APPLE TV 4k

loved this tv for the past couple of monthes. recently got an apple tv 4k and now i cannot use the tv to is fullest. the tv will not display the apple tv at 4k hdr at 60fps. i have tried multiple hdmi cables, tried settings on both the tv and the apple tv. i even factory reset both of them. this is not working as advertised. if you are using an apple tv 4k than go elsewhere.

I love this tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV! It's the best TV I've ever owned hands down. Never have had any problems. Love the curve. Lets me view at more places in my living room than my old crappy television ever did. With way less glare. Plus smart features and more free channels with Samsung TV... Why didn't I buy this new TV sooner! A definite no brainer!

Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this TV for a few months. In the beginning it was a little hard to use and set up but we got it eventually. It l has great graphics and I really love the setup. Everything is relatively easy to find and I love the Samsung TV feature.

Picture is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great on my TV but if you are going to Download and watch channels on your TV instead of using a Roku, buy a different TV. Some channels stop in the middle of the show and exit out of the channel entirely. Then when you go back into the channel, it refuses to play.

Product is great

OK TV, global dimming feature ruins the experience

unlike a few other led backlit tvs, this samsung tv dims the entire areas of screen with a broader than required dimming. that makes the dark scenes a bit too dark, with the few lit areas in the screen also being dimmed. no good. next, the tv's smart meny feature sucks. i have roku for streaming, and this tv's ‘landing page' is the default one when turned on. to get rid of it, you have to press exit every single time. there is no option not to display the smart meny screen upon power on. sucks, samsung. did you get that? convey this to your software team. make the smart menu not default. people with their own streaming devices dont want to be bothered to find the tv remote every time to press exit. same foes for wifi connectivity. stop forcing customers to make the tv connect to wifi.

First, you can change the dimming feature of your TV by adjusting some of the energy efficiency features designed to reduce power consumption. To disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption, go to Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. Next, to turn off Smart Hub, go to Settings> General> Smart Features> Disable Autorun Smart Hub. Try turning the TV off and on again, and the Smart Hub menu should be disabled, with the current Input Source banner displayed in its place. Alternatively, you can leave Smart Hub enabled and utilize the Autorun Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. To enable this feature, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Smart Hub 2) Enable the Autorun Smart Hub feature 3) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Last App 4) Enable the Autorun Last App feature I hope these tips help to improve your enjoyment. Decent TV for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the TU7000 for a few weeks now and, in general, the TV has served my needs for a great price. It replaced a first-gen flat screen TV that was half as big and cost three-times as much 10 years ago. The TU7000 is a good budget TV. It's has a good clear picture and it is nice to have access to online streaming platforms native to the smart TV interface. However, it is difficult to see REALLY dark movie scenes and the app could be more user friendly. Overall, I'm please with the purchase so far and would recommend it to a friend.

Beautiful color and style

It was easy to set up and it has a user manual on the TV, so no need to store paper manuals. I have 3 Samsung tvs I have always been very please with my purchases. I buy only Samsung in phones, appliances and electronics.

This is a great quality TV.

The quality of the screen is great and the sound quality is awesome and makes easy to hear/understand what I'm listening to. The resolution makes what I'm watching absolutely beautiful and immersive, with bright but not overly saturated colors too. Absolutely amazing experience!
