I was pleased with how easy it was to connect to the internet. I am looking forward to playing around with the features. I won't own a TV unless it is smart ever again!

Once the set up was done, all the streaming aps which I normally use were installed on the home page. The picture was clear and and I can notice things which I was unable to notice with my regular TV. I should have bought two of them, just don't have the space. If I were to buy this again I would definitely buy the same TV, I could not believe how clear the picture is and the detail I was missing before. I would recommend this product to anyone. Now my brother-in-law wants to buy one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this TV. So thankful that we got selected to purchase this TV at a discounted price, test it and ultimately keep it. We were so ready for an update to a flat screen TV vs a tube TV, and so much lighter to move. The one thing I can really say WOW about is the picture quality of the Samsung. It's so crisp and bright. There is no lag in the picture. No matter what type of lighting in the house, you always get good sharp images. The sound is great. You barely need to put up the volume to get sounds like being in the movies...bass.

tv constantly drops connection to my wifi network . none of my other devices have this issue. reconnecting is often problematic, having to remove and readd network. also adding apps to the home screen bar is difficult and counterintuitive. im very tech savvy so disappointed. this being my first smart tv has still not been a simple, straightforward experience. based on managing networks and trying to figure out how to pin apps on the smart apps bar i hope this television lasts a very long time because i don't want to go through this again. i thought buying a samsung smart tv would be a great way to go. now i'm not so sure, perhaps i should have tried another brand. good picture, clarity, color and sound though so overall that's the main thing. just wish it was easier to setup and manage.

Sound quality: 5/5 Image quality: 5/5 Remote: 4/5 ( very basic remote. It used to work on the connected fireStick. But with the latest firmware upgrade on the TV , it stopped working. Pls fix this. Apps: it has most of the apps that I needed.

The picture is good, but there are a limited (2) number of HDMI ports. The ARC port for the soundbar does not recognize my Vizio soundbar - so for good sound i need to either use the fiber connection, which means i need to control volume from the soundbar remote or by a new soundbar, which may or may not need to be a Samsung. MAYBE - Samsung could update the firmware on the TV to support different soundbars!

And this TV was a latest product from Samsung in the yesr 2021 and when turned on in products own description about product in settings it states the TV. Uses software from 2016 and this is supposed to be the latest from Samsung. ??!!!

i purchased this samsung 55" because i have the 42" samsung nonsmart tv in my bedroom and had excellent experience. this is my very first smart tv. picture is excellent and sound is impressive. set up was easy through the settings on the tv. tried using the smartthings app on my iphone and it would not work. being my first smart tv, i'm not too impressed with the software. my 42" with amazon firestick takes 2 seconds to load. the 55" takes 15+ seconds to load hulu, netflix and prime tv. sometimes hulu does not load and goes back to previous screen. the only way i have found to fix it, is to turn off tv, unplug the power for 20 seconds then plug back in. the remote doesn't always select what you want. if the software and remote issues could be fixed then i would have given this tv 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous TV OLCD 46”. I had bought that TV 2006. It lasted until 2020. I knew I was going to get another Samsung tv because they last. The picture quality on this TV is like comparing apples to oranges on my old Tv. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because sometimes I feel like I see the picture trailing not moving fast. But it's still awesome. I would recommend this to anyone. Great Tv

We love it better than the other 4K T.V. we purchase of another brand Hisense 4K in 2018 it didn't offer any free T.V. channels like you have with Samsung Plus which makes us feel good about. Also they didn't have the Bluetooth connection like This T.V. come's with love and will recommend to anyone wanting something new and better experience life in a new bolder wonderful Samsung 4K picture love a lot. Will buy another one any day. Great work on movie theater type T.V. in home experience. Thank You Bruce
