This product could use an update
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product for gaming and streaming mainly. TV will kick itself offline sometimes. Could use a system update and better streaming apps update in Google Store. It's been a good t.v for the price. Clear picture.

Would NOT recommend
went with samsung because its a popular suposedly high end brand, i dont notice that much of a better picture than cheaper brands. the set up was annoying, it recomended thag you use the app as the “easier set up” download and app, set up an account, then it still wasnt working right. the app itself is awful, opnly tv app i have seen thag doesnt open a keyboard when searching something. after set up the entire menus and changing sources is annoying, annoying menus stay on screen excessively long. biggest issue is being my bedroom tv you need to go through 4 sections of settings to find the sleep timer… really wish i hadnt disposed of the box as it would be being returned for sure.

This is a great TV!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for watching mostly live sports and nature. I also do a fair share of gaming. The next gen systems that are currently available look magnificent on this TV. Deep colors and wonderful graphics. Live sports look amazing and the detail that you can see during live programming is incredible. Watching nature is my favorite and even though most shows do not broadcast in 4K it still looks amazing and if I stream 4K video it almost looks like I am sitting right there. I also love the ease of using the Smart View feature with my Samsung phone. This TV for the price was an offer I could not refuse and I'm glad I didn't ignore my gut feelings. Only downside is that the TV needs more than 2 HDMI inputs.
Has amazing features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Choosing a TV was pretty hard for me. I decided to go with the 65 in smart TV. Amazing sound, amazing picture, and amazing features. You have options to add apple tv right on the home screen, you can even play your apple music. They have a variety of apps you can download for many of your needs. I would 100% recommend this TV to anyone that doesn't really know what they want. And it comes at an amazing price!!

I was very impressed with how well this TV could keep up with my new gaming console, too. This TV is slim and is everything we wanted.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have just moved to graduate school so having a TV on the wall for anti-stress binging was an absolute must. 1: the TV looks great on the wall! Perfectly centered and very minimal frame border makes it look perfect in our small room. 2: picture quality was as good as expected. We were worried the picture quality wouldn't be as good as advertised but we have found to really enjoy watching shows and the contrasts are great. 3: A surprise. The sound is phenomenal and we were not expecting it. I had argued for a while to get a matching sound bar to boost the performance, but honestly we might not even need it. The sound is crisp and there is never a cringe moment. In fact, it's so good I think it'll be a while before I could convince the Mrs to spring for one.
Exceeded expectations

Sound quality: 5/5 Image quality: 5/5 Remote: 4/5 ( very basic remote. It used to work on the connected fireStick. But with the latest firmware upgrade on the TV , it stopped working. Pls fix this. Apps: it has most of the apps that I needed.
It's big, it's cheap, but it's flaky
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] pros: big & cheap - good value for size. one of only a few displays available @ 58". cons: flaky ui / interface with lagging and freezing. very picky hdmi connections, especially when using arc audio return channel. image is bright and 'crisp', but suffers from video 'noise' unless nr is turned on, which softens everything up. judder reduction feature caused 'soap opera effect' while turning it off gives a very poor viewing experience, especially for sports.

Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. You can try the following steps to eliminate the soap opera effect. Navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings Navigate to and Select Picture Clarity Settings The default setting is Auto. This means the feature automatically turns on and off based on the type of program being watched. Change the setting to either Off or Custom. If you select Custom, three additional options are available for further customization to your viewing preference. -Blur Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Blur setting. -Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting. -LED Clear Motion: This option allows you to configure the LED backlight to sharpen fast-moving images. Select to turn On or Off. I hope this helps. Remote has a mind of its own
pros: just got this yesterday and it has great pic and a good value for the money. cons: (1)the remote was a total disappointment! its has a mind of its own and keys are way to close to each other and no back light and is a pain to use when the lights are off (2) smart tv software needs a update !!m
