I bought this tv and could not get it to power on. So I will have to return it. These new smart tv's are too smart for their own good. I called the store they told me to just bring it in get a refund. No hassles at all I am fine with that thanks Sam's Club. I still like Sam's Club even though the tv did not work out.

We bought this at Christmas and have been very happy with it. Good picture, easy to set up and use, good sound. The only disappointment is that the sound gets louder on some programs or when commercials come on. I'd like the sound to be at the same loudness level for all programs and commercials.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The step by step set up was a bit challenging but once we paired our Samsung acct. and our Samsung phones with the tv device, it was easy peasy. This smart TV has so many apps already downloaded and the few we wanted downloaded took no time to search and find. Godzilla vs King Kong was our first movie streaming choice on HBO MAX. We took it off standard mode to watch in film making mode. The results for me was ultra clear just like being on the set. I like it's Alexa capabilities built in the system, just give a command without switching channels on the remote, something that takes time of getting use to, especially after having the option of the remote being downloaded on your phone. Overall we couldn't have made a better choice with the Samsung 4k smart tv.

The only short coming it has (and it's very minute) is the sound. I like it loud. I also grew up with 5 brothers and sisters, so they were always trying to talk over it. But they couldn't. The quality if of the video is exceptional, I stream alot of movies and really into gaming. And I will always purchase Samsung TVs for my home.

Only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is due to the speakers not having the best quality when listening to music. Overall , love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the TV for watching streaming shows and live TV. Wifi is fast, if we use the TV to pickup apps, that were easy to load and add. Picture is very good, as like the soap Opera look, as appears to be in room with you.

Excellent Device, intergrade with my Home system was seamless and easy. Ambient mode is a Plus. Picture has a dazzling effect and totally controllable. Google assistant or Apple is work around, haven't intergraded into my Nest network. Although, the Samsung app will show all my cameras. I'm very impressed with the TU7000 and all my T.V s have been Samsung.

The Samsung TV Plus is also a great option for free tv. The picture is outstanding even with older shows and movies. Of course new stuff is even better. Loving it so far!!
