Have had this for two weeks. It's nice and picture is good. One issue. There's only two HDMI ports on back. Can hook up sound system and one other device but that's it. Also having issues with soundtrack not matching video. Doesn't matter if it's TV, blue ray it streaming... Just happens off and on all the time. Kind of annoying.

Thinking I signed up for a subscription somehow, I checked everywhere and find out it comes with its own set of actual tv shows, and movies. The movie characters are very life like. An easy phone to tv mirror that was easy to figure out. I couldn't be more happy

I have owned this TV for 2 years. The interface moves at the speed of a snail. Going from one app to another is always difficult. The OS will crash sporadically. The remote is way too big and clunky. The buttons are placed in the worst possible lineup. This TV has been heralded as a bargain due to its crystal clear 4k picture. I will respectfully disagree. Do not waste your money.

I think that the features are quite good for the pricepoint, however, I believe that the few issues I have take away from the experience as a whole. One such example is the lack of a "snappy" feel when navigating the menus. This is not a major issue as it is not slow, per se, just not fast. Something else that is a bigger issue, is the random changing of volume, channel, input, etc that I assume is due to some interference on the same band as the remote, although, I am unsure. I would hate to miss a touchdown due to something like this! I would say that the picture quality is about as good as you are going to get with a set in this price range, and I am pleased with it. Being an avid gamer, the lower input latency and auto-switch to game mode on console inputs is great. I wish the speakers had a bit more depth, especially at higher volumes, as they seem to lose some of their clarity fairly early. Overall, I am happy with this TV and my biggest complaint is that I didn't get a bigger model!

I know that the OLED 8k model is supposed to have more defined colors and a better picture, but this tv cannot be beaten for the money and I honestly do not see how the quality can get any better than this. The Smart-TV features are very easy to control and navigate and have a very nice, up-to-date design. This TV has everything you need and makes at home movie watching or gaming with the family a blast. I'm really glad that I gave this TV a try.

We as a family enjoy all of the services that it provides and is so easy to navigate. Which is especially wonderful for a person like me.I am very happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can't beat this TV for this price. Great picture quality and full of Smart TV features. Only 2 USB ports so if you need to connect more devices via USB, you may want to take this into consideration.

Bought this last week. Background is so dark that it cannot be watched except in darkest room even with maximum brightness and everything reset as per Samsung recommendations. Backlight controls have been removed by Samsung so cannot fix. Samsung help line says its the fault of the TV producers who make movies and shows too dark. Taking it back, getting different manufacturer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As of this review September 2020 the TV has been exceptional experience for me and my family.Initial setup wasn't too complicated for me just need to follow the instructions that are indicated on the screen. when I set up the internet on it I'm not using the Wi-Fi I'm using Hardline ethernet so like that there isn't too much signal distortion with Wi-Fi as we know occurs. Registration also was in too much of a hassle which is good I don't feel like writing a biography during registration.The picture quality is phenomenal for an entry level TV. I haven't seen any dead pixels or excessive pixation. The sound quality is good but could be better not really a deal breaker in my opinion. I was looking for a TV that had the Dolby Atmos features which this one has now I just need to get a sound bar that supports it. Looking forward to seeing what if any deals come out this upcoming holiday season.I do hope not to find out how the warranty if ever need be plays out with Samsung as some reviewers have indicated horror stories. So Samsung as the first time buyer take this into advisement and please look into it to get it rectified. Other than that I would consider this TV again or maybe a bigger upgrade when that time comes.
