This is a great quality TV.

The quality of the screen is great and the sound quality is awesome and makes easy to hear/understand what I'm listening to. The resolution makes what I'm watching absolutely beautiful and immersive, with bright but not overly saturated colors too. Absolutely amazing experience!

Excellent Features & Screen Quality

A company that stands behind their products is a company that I can trust. The screen picture is outstanding. Samsung is the best!

The picture quality is spectacular.

Decent TV for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the TU7000 for a few weeks now and, in general, the TV has served my needs for a great price. It replaced a first-gen flat screen TV that was half as big and cost three-times as much 10 years ago. The TU7000 is a good budget TV. It's has a good clear picture and it is nice to have access to online streaming platforms native to the smart TV interface. However, it is difficult to see REALLY dark movie scenes and the app could be more user friendly. Overall, I'm please with the purchase so far and would recommend it to a friend.

Solid product

I use this product for 5 to 6 hours a day and have not encountered any issues. I'd recommend this product to anyone searching for a new television

Easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't honestly say I would buy the same model again. Although it was easy to set up and had a fast turn on time, the real disappointment was the factory picture setting. The color was so red and it would not adjust for darker picture scenes. I spent a lot of time watching YouTube videos on how to correct the problem. I have 2 other sets, one a Sony and the other an LG. Both have much better picture quality.

Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image. The best experience

Samsung Plus channels are slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using older smartTV features like Prime, Crackle or Pandora work great. However, the new Samsung Pluss channels seem to require too much bandwidth with debilitating buffering. I can watch an on-demand movie or TV show smoothly and uninterrupted on Prime, or Crackle, but the live Samsung Plus channels buffer so much as to be too annoying to watch. Since it is only the Samsung Pluss channels buffering and all other devices in the house work flawlessly, I can't see how to blame this on my internet provider. It appears to be isolated to the Samsung Plus channels.
