tv turns on by itself in middle of the night, and also turns off on its own while viewing?? picture is just ok, for the price point i guess it's acceptable. the remote design is a joke, barely useable. speakers are good. the malfunctions are a deal breaker, will be returning for another brand.

We purchased this unit four weeks ago and my wife and I are very pleased with the size and quality of the picture. My wife did not want a huge screen becoming the major focus of this 15 x 20 ft room and this turned out to be the perfect size. Set-up was very super easy and we were watching the unit before the box was out the door. I would definitely recommend this product.

I had to upgrade to this TV because I needed a smart TV for certain apps for the kids. This TV is super easy to navigate and loading apps is lightning fast! A++

It is in the living room and it is a way for the whole family to watch and stream movies/shows considering it's size. It doesnt look out of place or bulky thanks to its sleek design. The 4K resolution of the display along with the vibrant colors makes the experience absolutely entrancing. The UI isn't hard to navigate at all, very simple and straight forward to understand, everyone from the youngest to oldest in our family is able to use it. Sometimes it is used for gaming (online and offline), and the TV is rather responsive when inputting commands. We have yet to experience any issues. Overall great product for families.

It has always been reliable, fast, and easy to use. It must also perform its own maintenance because I have never even needed to do any updates or anything to keep it running smoothly. The sound quality is also great as even the smallest details can be appreciated. Also, works well with bluetooth. The graphics are just so crisp and clean. Had read some reviews about certain dark colors weren't so clear well i don't know who was watching the TV but they are wrong. I was able to see different shades of back i didn't even know that was possible. I love this television i also have it synced to new samsung s20 fe and the interaction between the two are seemless. If your a Samsung lover or just love clear crisp HD picture this is the TV for you.
