A great device with loads of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great television! The picture is very clear and adapts to lighting. Great sound quality as well! I love that this offers: internet browsing, great free apps, expandable storage, built in game play and is able to be fully integrated into my smart home. Set up was really easy and customer support is easily accessible via help settings. The TV is formatted well and makes finding what you need/want to do is a breeze. This was my first Samsung and they made a lifetime customer!

Great apps- Samsung TV has opportunity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great options of apps for tv. Enjoy watching the free samsung tv but does glitch from time to time and don't like that we have to unplug everything to reset the tv to view samsung tv. At least that's what we were instructed to do by troubleshoot.

Great amount of Apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the apps I use on a regular basis are available on the TV, and it is super easy to navigate. The only things that are bothersome is the amount of time it takes to place an app on the home screen and favorites bar. Also, using the home screen to navigate is sometimes slow in responding. Otherwise, great picture and sound.

This TV was so easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far loving this TV if I had to say one thing that I am not crazy about is the remote it seems very sluggish and not very user friendly. I bought this TV since it streamed Spectrum TV something my LG does not do.

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV due to the fact that I wanted to play with my new XBox and I had a really outdated tv that was hurting my eyes. The games look crystal clear! When I tell you I was BEYOND happy with how everything was not only sharp and colorful but it was adjustable to my liking as well. I use it for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ as well. At first, the tv seemed too smart because it was new to me, but it is pretty easy to use. I also bought a 65" for my mothers room, which it seems it was more for my dad (Lol) but honestly I have no complaints!

This TV is AWESOME!

Features

It has simple TV for free as well as netflix, youtube, apple tv, and internet options too. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a affordable tv with great features.

Great TV overall - poor volume controls. No NBA

Resolution is great. I found a couple of major flaws: 1. When I turn on the TV in the morning. The volume setting is set at whatever it was left the night before and the TV starts showing Samsung TV right away at that volume setting. By the time I react and turn it down, the whole house has been woken up. Should go into choices for the TV program I want to watch so I can set it up, including volume levels, etc. before it starts showing anything. 2. NO NBA app!!!! Are you kidding me? I had to go to the store and buy a Roku stick to be able to watch the NBA, which is the only sport I watch.

Good TV, Tough To use With Dorm WIFI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv to use in my dorm. It is a great tv, great quality, great sound. I would assume that it is easy to set up normally, however I live on campus at a university. Depending on the type of WiFi that the university has, it could make connecting the tv to WiFi very difficult or impossible. In my own case, I cannot connect my tv to my university WiFi, but instead, have been using it by connecting my tv to my PlayStation, and have been using streaming services and playing games through the PlayStation.

Great picture, poor connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this tv, at first. The picture is great for the price. But, after a while, it started losing connection to my wifi network. The tv would work, technically, but I would lose all "smart" functions. It would go weeks at a time, refusing to connect to my network; then, I'll turn it on, and it just happens to connect. It's very frustrating, because I really do like this tv.

Kranberie: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing Wi-Fi connection issues. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Ver 1401.7 is now available. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update.
