Customer reviews for Samsung 55" Class TU700D-Series Crystal Ultra HD 4K Smart TV UN55TU700DFXZA forVery Nice TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the TV and the smart features included. Picture is great and cannot be beat in this price range. Only complaint would be that the TV will not recognize my cable box but I just use both remotes. I would definitely recommend.
Clear picture and sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 58" smart tv is impressive. If planning on mounting please be advised that no mounting screws are included with the tv. Once we were able to get the tv mounted we were impressed with the clarity of the picture and the quality of the sound. Setting up the tv itself was easy. Setting up the apps for streaming was a tad difficult resulting from the small buttons on the remote. We kept having to start over due to accidently hitting the home button unintentionally. We have loved the ease of going from app to app and the easy to understand home menu. The television has light sensing which adjusts the brightness to the light in the room, this has been a surprisingly nice addition. It is amazing what a difference it can make when a light geta turned off or on while watching the tv. We are still learning what all the tv can do but we are sure impressed with what we have already got a chance to experience.
Amazing Visual, Amazing Color, Flawless Graphics
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for personal use. The size, screen graphics, and price are a phenomenal combination. I not only have watched several movies and streaming but I've also enjoyed the picture provided for the games I play. From catching Pokémon on my Switch to playing Adventure Games on the PS4 & PS5, this television was a great investment.
Awesome picture quality.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was placed in our family room and now nobody wants to leave it. The picture quality is crisp, the colors bright and the blacks deep. It did take some tweeking on my part to get the color just right for me, but it was all just personal preference. The factory speakers are a little lacking but it was hooked immediately to a Samsung sound bar and it automatically recognized it and turns it on when the TV is turned on. When you raise or lower the volume on the TV it does the sound bar instead. The app interface is streamlined and user friendly. No lag in switching from one app to the next. It processes fast, I used wifi at first but now have it hooked up with an ethernet cable and it is extremely fast. And it's large enough to see anywhere in the rroom.
Great Picture . Great for Streaming
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use this TV for streaming with internet connection. If I want to , its nice I can mirror my screen or cast to the TV with my android device. (Apple mirror works on more current models). Games play very well on screen as well. Black since not OLED sometimes see light bleed but it's not too terribly bad. But expected given the technology Picture quality is great for me, vibrant without looking washed out or fake. It's adjustable but I have not needed to play with those settings. One thing I really like is when TV is on and if you have light around you do not see glare on the TV. Sound . I don't really use from the TV. But the Speakers sound decent considering their size. More highs than lows expected but there none the least. I have a hometheatre system connected to the TV for sound using an optical cable to provide the sound. I have not had any direct issues with this. Great TV for medium. To large living room (82 inches) I sit about 12 feet away from the TV and it is just fine. Since it's an 82inch TV I have my set sitting using the included legs. 82inch compatible TV stands are pricey though. You can also mount the TV if you get the appropriate wall mount. Universal remote feature sounded like a good idea however my registry would dissappear or interfere with my receiver operation from time to time so I stopped trying to use the included remote with my other devices. Other than that. The remote is easy to use and navigate apps on the tv
Awesome Buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV looks amazing inside and out. There are so many cool features with this TV & set up is super easy & a QR code pops up for easy set up to apps etc. I love that I can tap my phone on the tv to mirror my phone instead of trying to figure out how to do the casting. I had to purchase 3 TVs and didn't know what brand was better so I priced checked & ended up buying 3 different brands all within the same price range but the Samsung was 60” the others were 55” & 58” once setting them all up I really wished I got all Samsungs. Needless to say the 60” that was meant for the Living room is now my bedrooom tv. Yes I love it that much. Would definitely buy again.
Samsung Scrap
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is junk, from the defectively-designed remote to the malfunctioning software. The remote is semi-round with a very smooth texture, making it difficult to grasp securely. It is dropped constantly as a result. The buttons on it are too small and too close together, resulting in the wrong button being pushed (often the Exit button); which leads to a wholly different set of issues. Most bewildering is why the remote buttons do not light up when the remote is held. Use of the remote in little to no light is especially frustrating. The buttons are difficult enough to find without compounding the problem due to lack of a common feature found in the vast majority of competitors' TV remotes. Finally, the software often malfunctions. If it is not defaulting to Samsung TV despite selection of a streaming (or other) service, it is not loading the viewer's choice of programming. As a result, the viewer is forced either to turn off the TV and upon restart re-select the viewing choice and hope for the best (often multiple restarts without success); or to unplug the TV from the electrical outlet then start from scratch once the TV is on. The frequency of both scenarios is so high that the TV will soon be replaced.

Great Refresh Rate and Quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been great for me so far. The Quality is great, frame rate is great. However colors are a littlr on the dark/warm side. One thing also is it comes with Defaulted settings that ultimately make it looks worse. I recommend turning all additional picture features off (such as Judder Reduction) for the best settings. The UI us a little confusing as well, but got used to it quickly.
This product brings tv to life

Good Smart TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Review for basic/standard tv user, after several months of use (Just upgraded from old tube tv). Apps: This tv has all the basics: various apps for tv streaming (like Netflix, Disney+, Prime, etc.) Varios music/video streaming (Amazon music, YouTube, etc.), Samsung streaming, plus regular analog tv (antenna). Ease of external connections: Also tested with Wii system, dvd player, Chromecast, and sounds bar. Very easy to connect these external systems/players. Note: does not have RCA cable connection option. But a simple converter RCA to HDMI does the trick. Audio/Sound: Sound without soundbar is good enough for me. But have the soundbar as extra for others ( although it's rarely used, honestly). WiFi connectivity. I've had no issues so far. Easy to set up, and connection has been good. For reference, I have basic internet only option. Visual/Display: So far, good. No issues.
