Audio Guidance works well

I'm a blind user and with my Samsung TV I am now able to use my TV with minimal help due to the Audio Guidance and Alexa. One thing I wish the remote had is a 30 second time jump button rather than needing to locate the screen time jump which takes quite a bit of navigation.

Good but not great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good TV for the price. The only issue I have with it is I cannot get the picture to stop changing the brightness based on the brightness or darkness of the show I'm watching. Other than that I love it.

Solid experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I have mostly loved my experience with the TV. The apps have been running smoothly on most occasions. The visual quality is great, as expected and I have no issues there. The only problems have been slight connectivity issues which are easily fixed through reconnecting.

Love the picture you can see from all angles

Great picture color and its great watching movies on. Who needs to go out to theaters I have my own. Thank you Samsung for a great product

I love my new TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I are retired and watch a good bit of tv. We selected our new Samsung because of the quality of the picture we saw. It was easy to set up and begin using. To my surprise it has a good sound system on it's own. Most new flat screens have poor sound, forcing you to buy a sound bar to get quality sound. Thank you for that! I am very satisfied with my purchase and I tell everybody that when they need to get a new tv to definitely consider a Samsung product. We have had other Samsung tv's and stereos in the past and have always been satisfied. In closing, thank you for making a quality product that's affordable for most people. Respectfully, ToneLoco

Awesome TV

The picture quality is very good for both, especially considering the price. I love the interface and the integrated apps

This product extremely versatile

It was at a surprisingly low price for the size and features that came with it, no other tv I can across compared in that aspect. Additionally, because of its high video quality and the fact that it supports 4k hdmi connection, it's a tv that will be able to keep up with other devices for a while.

I LOVE IT!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming on the Samsung TU7000 is absolutely amazing! Not only do you get access to great streaming platforms, you also get internet TV so that you can browse the internet right from your TV Screen! My brother and his son brought Nintendo Switches over and the Samsung TV has an app specifically for the Switch so that you can pair it and play, hassle free! You can download so many different apps and everything is right at the palm of your hands (literally). My baby girl LOVES Disney+ and I love TUBI so we get to watch all of our favorite movies and shows together. Perfect TV and by far the best Smart TV out there!

Beautiful picture, poor usability

the remote control works more slowly than any tv we've ever had, to the point that we sometimes think it's not working at all. the response from the tv can take easily 30 seconds after we press and release a button on the remote. we're slowly learning to adjust our expectations, but wish we didn't have to accommodate the tv, rather than it accommodating us. the lack of a printed instruction manual is a huge inconvenience to us, since our computer is in the opposite end of the house, and to look at the manual we downloaded requires a long walk both ways, which is borderline unacceptable.

Good choice

our last tv was a 2105 model of a different brand & couldnt access hbo max or apple tv without some kind of external device. i just wanted to be able to turn on the tv & have the options there. since getting this tv we have been able to access all the channels. however, the picture is initially set up in some eco friendly way that makes it dark. you really have to play with it to make it light enough. but there should be a higher level to the brightness. it's also not the most user friendly. we end up exiting what we are watching by mistake quite often. being able to set things up with your smartphone is helpful. the picture is clear, sound is good, apps all there. an improvement would be a remote with a qwerty keyboard on back to make the search function quicker.
