[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really nice tv. It's in my living room and I mainly use it for gaming with my ps4 but also stream my cable app on it. Has a good picture quality for the price. Have had connection issues with the wifi but not too bad of a concern.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch my tv shows, stream movies and music. I also have a firestick, external speakers and a blueray dvd player attached to it. It gives the best picture and color in my shows or whatever I'm watching. I would recommend this tv.

the picture is great. the sound is great. my problem is the lag in the operating system. it takes too long to load programs or guides. i have the 8000 series that is 4 years older and it runs faster. the remote is cumbersome. at least it should be glow in the dark or illuminated. i can't give it a four star so three will do. 3.5/5. not bad for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have been window shopping for a new tv for months. We finally made the decision to go with the 65” Samsung 7 series 4K UHD. The tv itself has great picture quality from video games to sports. It's especially nice for new movies released in 4K. The audio is fine for a smaller room, but I would recommend a sound bar or some type of external speakers if you want a good range of sound at higher volume. I would definitely buy this tv again. Only issue I've had is the smart tv feature can be a little slow. This could very well be an internet provider issue as I have not tested the tv on any other internet setup.

its a good tv, very pleased. i would like to see that the stands it comes with be telescopic a bit, that would raise the tv up more than just the standard it came with. you might want to consider that, in giving your customers a added benefit to adjust their tv viewing height. i don't need to hang it on the wall as some people do having to look up at it while sitting down. i feel the tv should be at eye level while sitting. mine is but it would be nice to have it just a little bit higher. a telescopic stand would be perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv had exceeded all of our expectations. We wanted a new tv for a few reasons, but the main reason was the fact that our old tv was from 2008. I didn't realize how much detail we were missing out on! The image is crisp and the ease of use is amazing. Having a smart tv is awesome. 10/10 would recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my two new samsung televisions are simply too dark in low light conditions, no matter what settings we chose. specifically, disney's the mandalorian is so dark that images are almost indiscernible during scense that are shot in darkness/night. i have never had this issue with any other led television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an avid gamer. The TV automatically turns on the gaming feature which is amazing, when u turn on my PS4. Also, the way I can control other items like my Directv. It is so simple to have one controller to control everything instead of 5 remotes. I have been a samsung satisfied customer for 10 years(cell phones,TV). When it was time to upgrade my TV, I did my research then found the right Samsung TV I wanted. No disappointment. I would really like a soundbar. Thank you Samsung for being innovative and making your incredible products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am by no means an expert on new TVs so whenever it came time for me to buy one I did my method of researching my particular TV on Consumer Reports and listening to feedback from previous buyers but sadly that was after I had made the mistake of buying a competitors TV while I was in a hurry shopping for groceries instead of doing my homework... That TV lasted 3 days and went out,, so that's when I went to work myself,, in search of the best possible buy for my buck and it led me to Samsung!! I'm totally tech gadget mentally challenged so whenever I seen how easy this was to set up, well let's just say that I have went smart electronics crazy, I couldn't imagine having it any other way now and If a member of my family was in search of a good TV then id insist that they buy a Samsung
