Unbelievable Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always went for the cheaper TV sets. I went ahead and spent the extra money (It really wasn't much more) for this tv. I have been so impressed with the picture clarity and depth. I actually am kicking myself for never getting one of these before. I have re-watched older movies because I couldn't believe how much I was missing. Very satisfied customer!

Great picture

uograded from a 37" insignia to this 50" samsung. much better picture quality, and it is so convenient having our apps on the tv so we dont need to cast anymore. my only trouble is that the tv does not recognize our comcast cable box, so the remote does not work as a universal remote for the cable.

Samsung the superior choice as always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to replace my last 55in older generation Samsung smart TV.. Which I loved.. But apparently can't withstand a full speed drone crashing directly into it. Sad day indeed... but an incredible excuse to go bigger.. I loved the picture on my old one and I thought the smartness was smart before. But when I brought this one home... It was the greatest accident I could have made. Smooth buttery interface. Got even better and easyer to navigate. Everything links to my Samsung phone like they were long lost simese twins split apart at birth and reunited in my living room. And the picture! Well as we all know Samsung is the Don Corleone of the pixel world. And keeps impressing me every time... Now im going to have to plan another drone "accident" in 3 or 4 years. Cause you'll probably get to step into the screen by then, with as fast as technology is evolving... Im exited to see what's next. I'd buy this TV for every room in the house if I could afford it! (yes bathrooms too). Lovin it!

Overall great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this tv is great. I'm not a gamer, I strictly use mine for television watching and streaming. It was very easy to set up, and with the cable box and internet/wifi, it took about 20 minutes. I use mine on the stand, so I can't speak to any issues with mounting. The picture is great, and the remote is easy to use. I don't have a speaker bar, but I don't need one, because the sound is good. My only minor complaint is that I wish I had more control over adjusting the brightness. The price was really good, and I trust the Samsung brand, so, based on the choices I had for cost and size, it was an easy decision to make. I would definitely recommend this tv.

Great TV!

It's a good tv to have around when you are stuck at home as much as everyone is right now. We really are enjoying it!

Samsung can take my money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay.. so I just wanna make this quick and simple since I know y'all have a bunch of reviews to go through BUT all I can say about this TV after owning it for a couple of months now is that everything is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! From channels, apps, programs and other features this things has is completely off the top. I was flabbergasted when I found out I can download apps on here lol but overall it's 10/10 would recommend for sure to someone if they ever need a TV.

Glitching

the picture on the tv is great and i love all the features that are included. i have onky had my tv for 3 weeks and i have had glitches where i cant open any other apps expect for netflix. the screen goin dark for no reason when trying to open an app. i cant dowload any of the games on here. i dont think all of the tha are like this maybe i just got a defective tv.

Please check your network connection. When the network speed is slow, the app may not work, or its image quality may be poor. Smart tv- hardly

the software on this tv is so bad. operating this tv is a frustrating event each and every time. 1. “smart” feature which is supposed to return to last viewed app does not work, has never worked. it defaults to samsung content or sponsored content. i removed the samsung channel but cannot removed the sponsored content. 2. i am not allowed access to change picture size. there is text there but it is faded and will not let me use it. great idea, samsung!!! 3. device care not always available. many times it is faded and i cannot access. great idea samsung!!! 4. this software is poorly thought out and weak.

Love the clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't sure how Samsung free TV worked, initially, but now enjoy having free live TV. I gave it a 4, because I dont like the remote. I would have preferred a voice remote in 2020. The button configuration is crowded and when you have to search, the time delay in the letter input lags.

I am satisfied with my Samsung 55-inch television!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello. I bought a Samsung 55-inch Class Crystal UHD TU-7000 Series - 4K UHD HDR Smart TV on August 30, 2022. I am satisfied with my Samsung television because the quality is good. And I think I bought this Samsung television at a very reasonable price. I was worried about the delivery problem because I ordered it online, but thankfully, it was delivered safely and well. The packaging looked very neat and safe. And there was no difficulty in taking it out of the box and installing it. I am usually using it to watch the news or YouTube programs with my wife. I'm very satisfied with the screen condition and internet connection. Especially, the sound system on the television is so nice that you don't have to buy another speaker. And I didn't expect much, but it's usually used for decorative purposes. One side of the wall on which it is placed does not require any other decoration. Not only is it clean in its spot, but it is also a highly satisfying design. I think it's a great television. Furthermore, it's a beautiful television in itself. The only thing I want is to use it for a long time without any trouble. There has been no breakdown so far. So far, so good!
