I thought it was going to be great...

i wanted a smart tv that no longer needed a 3rd party device to watch youtube and such. boy were we disappointed. the tizen user interface is as slow as aol dialup internet. just try to do anything in the menus and it takes 10-30 seconds for the tv to respond to your remote input. the only positive is the picture quality is amazing! however the hdmi to soundbar control is buggy and doesn't always work right, when using the optical cable the volume control randomly stops working and randomly starts working again. i can't wait to get a different brand tv

Great picture

picture is awesome. took some getting use to be ause it is so clear. only reason i gave it a 4 star is because of the remote. for some odd reason they did not have it light up. i keep having to turn on the light to use the remote. doesn't that seem odd. even the cheapest of the tv's come with remotes that light up. oh well, the tv was a gift so i can't complain too much lol.

Good screen, really bad interface

Just bought this TV yesterday and while the screen is fine, the smart TV UI is terrible. No way to remove apps that I don't use and it won't even let me remove them from the home screen. I don't like the Samsung TV plus, but there's no way to avoid it. Also, WAY too many ads. Additionally, the remote lags really bad, then jumps around as if I held down the button. Overall, not a good experience with the UI.

Good overall

very good picture, not phenomenal speakers but they're clear. navigation is relatively simple. my only gripe - it turns itself back on!!! and yes, we've checked the remote, the software, blah blah blah. all the things that can be looked up to try, we've tried. wish we could figure out the issue, but other than having to get back up and turn the tv off again, it's a solid set.

This product has great features and apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 65" Samsung Smart TV, I just love they way the TV show beautiful pictures it has great sound it's just a good quality product. I like streaming on my Samsung Smart TV because you can download any app that you want it's good for gaming also, the TV shows like you are in a movie theater, you can adjust the lighting on the tv to 3 or 4 mods i love just love that feature and I also like the fact that you can stream on the internet, you can also set a timer for the TV to cut the TV off. I just really enjoy watching my Samsung TV, I just love all Samsung products

Pretty much the worst tv experience

the good- the bad- darkest picture ever. cant adjust it enough to see people when its a low light setting audio- doesnt stay connected to bluetooth soundbar from same brand picture- randomly has blue light/tint that covers the whole tv. cant read or see anything until it randomly goes away lag- lags like an early 2000's computer with viruses. click any button on the remote and wait 5 seconds or until it spazzes out and goes into a random app or some animal documentary

There are several troubleshooting steps you can take to improve your experience. 1) Please be sure to download and install the latest firmware which improves Bluetooth connection and addresses the color glitch issue. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. If you would like to update your software using USB, please check for the latest version on the Samsung website Please be sure to reset the TV after it has been updated by either unplugging the AC for 20 seconds (or) pressing and holding the power butting until the TV turns off then back on. 2) To address your lag issue, you may want to run the self-diagnosis tool. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care 3) Samsung is aware of the issue of scenes appearing too dark, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue. Don't buy this tv .

i just bought it 2weeks ago. when i got the tv it have blinking problem. show up randomly can enjoy this tv poor quality. was trying to resolve the problem today. but spending almost a hour still no solution. too much problem to get this tv. not enjoyable. not recommend buying.

Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer. Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device. Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test I hope this helps. Terrible TV. Waste of money

I bought this hoping it would be an improvement because I liked my old samsung TV a lot. Netflix doesn't work, the picture isn't great, constantly having internet issues with the TV (My internet has been fine with my other TV's and computers) thinking about returning it but it will be a pain. Also, recommended screw sizes did not fit to mount it. Idk what they were doing when they built this piece of garbage.

Disappointed

I bought this TV this week. The picture was great for 2 days. Turned the TV on this morning and every channel has green imaging. It is only clear now when still pictures are on the screen . . . Will be in touch with the store where I purchased it as I have only had it a few days now.

Disappointed that Samsung would sell this

This TV was very disappointing. I have owned another Samsung TV that still works 16 years later. I bought this model in 2022 thinking that it would be a good purchase. However, the display has become so dark that it is hard to watch anything. There are 5 round lights in the back screen of this TV but the corners are all dark. A product of such low quality should not have been released to the public.
