Great tv, but there are annoying bugs/features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the TV for 2 months now. Pros: Great display (sometimes there's a bit of haziness at the bottom of the screen though), sleek design, great volume, size to price ratio was great (affordable!), 100 free channels (I love having the option to watch my childhood favorites on Nickelodeon or watch the news). Cons: navigation is a problem - the remote is confusingly designed and the Samsung menu is a maze; together, they can be a real pain. Not enough HDMI ports. Speaking of other devices connecting to your TV, the TV sometimes turns on your gaming console when you power on your TV - this is not ideal when all you're trying to do is watch TV. Lastly, I'm not sure if it's the streaming apps' fault or Samsung's, but sometimes, the display - but not the sound - turns off out of the blue (Netflix, Hulu) or you're logged out of the app (happened once so far with Hulu) which means that you have to turn the TV off and on or log back into your streaming app. Overall, I enjoy the TV, but I do not recommend it to users with family members who may not be technically savvy enough to navigate the aforementioned complex menu.

Best TV Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is absolutely amazing! I received it as a house warming present from my mother-in-law and its the best TV I have ever had! It is stunningly clear and the colors are amazing. We joke that it looks like cartoon characters have pores! I would definitely buy this TV again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good TV!

Wonderful Picture Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girlfriend received this tv at a reduced price in return for her honest review and that of someone else. I helped her son set this tv up and it could not have been more simple! The television is super light weight and easy to hook all the wires and cords to. The best part though came when we turned the television on. The quality of the picture is fabulous! We enjoy watching movies, live-streams, news, and everything on this television. We do not have cable and use an antenna along with streaming services. The surprise of all of the Samsung channels made it even greater. We have been using the tv for over a month now and it has been nothing short of great entertainment.

Very good quality for price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV about a month ago and I love it. I've had similar TVs from other manufacturers but none imo are as sharp. I also love how I can control the tv through the Smart Things app, it's very easy to use. Setup was simple as well. All around a quality tv and I would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this TV just over a month and we're very pleased. We have it in our family room where we do most of our television watching. I like the thin bezel around the screen and the thinness of the TV itself. It fits our room perfecting without over powering. The picture is so clear and crisp. Watching movies and shows in UHD 4K is so life like, we can't believe the difference. We've been watching alot of football and it feels like we're right there at the game. The sound is excellent and we don't need to increase the volume to hear full range of sound effects. The remote is a nice size and dedicated buttons for Netflix and Prime are a plus. We're enjoying the smart features and have easily added favorite apps for ourselves and the grand kids. I highly recommend this television.

This product has great features.

Kid friendly, tons of free movies and channels from Samsung. One of the best purchases made 2020. This TV has some of the best reviews on all platforms.

Great Quality and Style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only buy Samsung TVs. They are the best TVs in my opinion. We have 6 Samsung TVs in our house and 4 Samsung Computer monitors. We use our larger Samsung TVs for watching movies and TV. We use our smaller Samsung TVs mostly for gaming. We have one 70", two 55" inch, two 40", and one 32". Samsung TVs have excellent picture quality and their "hub" (for accessing Nextfilx, Prime, Hulu, etc...) is easy to use. Great product!

Easy setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very important for me was the ability to change the region as I am watching German TV in the US. The picture is awesome and the performance leaves no wishes open. One thing I would like is a few more HDMI ports for additional equipment. Currently I have to switch between Blu-ray and Roku with Dex permanently connected. It's my 3rd Samsung Smart TV.

Amazing Picture. Questionable Product.

we have owned our samsung tv for 4 months. the image is stunning and we always get compliments. navigating its content is super easy for our entire family. only concern comes in the quality of the overall product. internet connection is inconsistant at times, even though its next to the wifi router. not sure how it receives wifi signal. and overnight our tv stopped working. the backlight seems to be out and were hoping we dont have to pay an expensive repair fee when we just recently purchased the tv.

Great picture and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the quick streaming buttons. I wish you could customize them. Unfortunately the voice recognition does not work. Tried a different remote, still does not work. Must be some sort of software issue. Wish I could link it with the rest of my Google products, but ultimately doesn't ruin the overall experience

Samsung Smart TVs let you sync with Google Home, allowing you the convenience of using voice commands for certain functionalities, such as power on/off, volume up/down, channel change, input source change, and playback control. Here is a step-by-step guide for syncing with Google Home: 1) Make sure you have the SmartThings app on your mobile device. Add your TV device to the SmartThings app. 2) Open the Google Home app on your phone. If you do not have the app on your phone, you can search for Google Home in the Google Play Store and download the app. 3) Select the Add button. On the next screen, select Set Up Device. 4) Press on the text under the title Works with Google. Here you will see a list of accounts.
