I needed a lactose-free alternative to cow’s milk and I see it cuts out a lot of calories too - so this was an easy decision! I used to drink Silk Unsweetened Original Almond Milk many years ago but was hard to find when sweetened flavors came out. I’m glad I found my way back to Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk, it’s easy on my stomach and has plenty of calcium for my bones!
