I needed an extra firm mattress and this Beautyrest Silver Extra Firm was just what I needed for a good night sleep. This mattress provides so much support I am sleeping better and not waking in the middle of the night trying to roll over like I was with my old mattress. I have woken in the morning well rested and NO BACK pain which is AMAZING! My husband also is sleeping better. We both are sleeping more soundly with no more restlessness at night. If you are looking for a firm mattress this is the ONE, look no further!

It is definitely still soft but not as soft as I would care for. He seems to like this firmness better than a very soft mattress. It's a very attractive looking mattress and box springs. It seems to be made with great quality.

I have been married a long time and for the last five my husband and I slept in separate beds. Now we are able to sleep together again. This mattress doesn't creak or squeak at night. I can barely feel my husbands movement when he tosses and turns. I am amazed at the high quality of the mattress itself. It is firm yet it still contours to your body. It is easy to get in and out of bed off of the mattress. I am truly amazed at how good this mattress truly is. I will never buy any other brand. Bravo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've had all kids of beds - new, old, water, foam, Hybrid, Floor (kidding), etc. This is as soft a top as I've ever had while still providing support for your back. This does limit the amount of movement on the bed depending on your use case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is very firm even though it is considered a medium. I would strongly encourage you to try this before you buy it. I was coming from a previous mattress that was a plush, pillow top. Switching to a medium mattress like this was too much for me. I did not get any sleep while trying to use this product. If I did fall asleep, it was for short periods at a time. When I on opened this mattress, I noticed a strong chemical-like smell coming from the mattress. You might want to air this mattress out before using it. I do not recommend this mattress for anybody who is looking for a soft mattress to sleep on.

This one is so much more comfortable and my other one is more expensive. It’s only been about a month so I’m reallyyyy hoping this lasts since it is helping my back at the moment.
