Husband purchased this in May, 2025. So far it has been an excellent power washer! It is easy for a woman to start, use, and maintain. I have arthritis and start up is easy for me. I've had no problems using this machine to wash a 2 and 1/2 story house, car, windows, and wooden porch floor. I really love this washer and recommend it to anyone needing a medium duty one!!

After a lot of researching I purchased Westinghouse WPX3200 Pressure Washer. It was a breeze to assemble, only a few easily attached pieces. Added gas, hooked up hose and it started with only a couple pulls. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a pressure washer!

It was easy to assemble and light wight so going up hills or on the roof was easy. The sprayer on are pressure washer was very powerful and did everything we needed. Like the deck, house, roof, lawnmower, and ect. Easy to keep clean and is a very big help in are everyday life.

I left a negative review because the high-pressure port on my power washer blew up. Westinghouse acknowledged me and sent me a new unit. I appreciated this and attempted to update my review but apparently you can't update them. I'm trying to do the right thing by leaving a new review since I was helped. Nowadays, companies are so greedy and inaccessible that I genuinely appreciate when they take responsibility and right a wrong.

I had a hard time getting the unit to start initially. Keep in mind little tricks like if it won't start on choke move it into run and try to start it there. Manual doesn't tell you that. I was looking for all kinds of problems like with the spark plug or something when really I just needed to move it in to run to get it to start. I found that the line to the spray gun would not stop kinking even though I wasn't doing anything to make it kink. I purposely uncoiled both my garden hose and the line to the spray gun before even starting and somehow the spray gun line continually kept kinking over and over again and causing a problem for me. I assume it's just because it's new, but it was very problematic on the first use. Also, the manual doesn't warn you that it's best to run the spray guns line underneath the machine so that you don't end up accidentally burning the line and ruining it on one of the hot parts of the machine, which is what I did on the very first use. I can't find anywhere in the owner's manual that warns you about that. When you're pressure washing the house or anything else, you're not looking back at the machine to verify where the line to the gun is. Somehow the line to my gun ended up touching one of the hot parts on the top of the machine and destroyed my line on the first use. Super irritating and discouraging and nothing that I would have thought of as a first-time user that I needed to be careful of. Run your line either behind and to the left of the machine, even though it does not naturally come off the machine that way, or run it underneath the machine to ensure you don't accidentally while you're working away end up with the line touching one of the hot parts of the machine that are literally right next to the where the line naturally comes off of the machine. Also it isn't designed with a super great weight factor. It's got this suction cup that seems great initially but it doesn't in any way hold it to the ground when you're trying to start it. When I was having trouble starting it initially almost every time I pulled the recoil handle to try to start the engine the machine was jumping all over the place. It didn't matter if I tried to position my body up against the machine or if I tried to put my foot on the machine somewhere. It really just did not want to sit still when the recoil handle was pulled. The user manual also says it comes with a spark plug wrench; it does not. I'm going to have to buy a new socket wrench set because the set I have doesn't go up to a size big enough for this particular spark plug. Also, one of the nuts that I did not personally have to touch in any way to assemble the machine came off during the first use. Thank God it came off in my cement carport and not in the grass or I would have never noticed and never found it.

I bought this about a month ago and am happy with it thus far. It was easy to put together and works really well for my outdoor furniture and concrete patio. If I had one complaint, it would be that it's very loud but that's to be expected with a gas pressure washer.

I purchased this product nearly a month ago and I'm simply pleased with its over all Exceptional value and great performance right out of the box. It started very easily and ran real smooth. I could tell right away when I started the engine this WPX 3200 had plenty of pressure for all my needs. Also the quick start guide had excellent start up instructions along with how to select the various pressure washer spray nozzles. This is great info to have when tackling didn't projects to ensure your getting the best performance out of your pressure washer.

I have just used this brand new pressure washer for the first time. It worked awesome !! Used on garage, and whole entire house siding. Used on gutters too. Removed black pit spots on gutters with ease. Washed away dirt and grime. Siding and windows are so much cleaner now. Even removed stains on concrete like butter. Easy to assemble, use. The gun holder is set up for your convenience. You can put it in the holder, and move the pressure washer to your next area to be worked on. Overall very satisfied with this product.

I hate to leave a negative review, but this power washer nearly injured my 2-year-old. After connecting the water hose and starting the engine, I squeezed the trigger on the spray gun—only to have the water pump violently explode at the port where the high-pressure water exits into the spray nozzle hose. It sounded like a gunshot. A metal port blew apart, and a two-inch piece of metal shot past my child’s head. I’m reaching out to Westinghouse directly in hopes that they’ll take responsibility and make this right. If they respond professionally, I’ll gladly update this review.

I've been needing a good pressure washer for quite some time. I used to have a cheaper less powerful electric one from another manufacturer, that worked OK, but the stainless steel wand and spray nozzles kept rusting badly. Last summer my soon to be son-in-law borrowed his dad's, which was this same model. It worked great. I researched this model and liked the versatility it provides via it's various optional accessories, of which I bought two, with future plans to purchase others.
