It took about 10 minutes to setup with clear directions. Fired right up the first time and no issue since. I have not tried it with soap yet but haven't had to. It made my Trex/PVC Railings deck look brand new. Now I am on to the pool deck. It took 10 shades of dirt right off. Highly Recommend.

This product arrived with great instructions on how to assemble, which was pretty quick. It was quick to learn how to use, and to understand what sprayers to use where. My only challenge which I did see in other comments is where the hoses are located, but once you understand easy to work around. So far a great tool for the patio and decking.

Bought this to clean wood siding for painting and clean concrete patio prior to selling my house. It worked very well except there seems to be a small oil leak coming from either the oil fill port or a failed gasket, although performance hasn't been afected in anyway. Engine runs exceptionally well with no ethanol gas.

Easy set up. Quick first start. Good water pressure and ease of use. However… Had an issue with water incursion into the cylinder head through the exhaust manifold and the air intake. I know it’s not waterproof, but it was not that much water and I’ve never had a problem in the past with previous machines. I had to disassemble the engine to some extent to clear water. The air intake actually seems built to promote water, buildup and pooling. Also very prone to quick rusting, which is probably because of cheap steel. Good product if you keep it dry. This is a great little pressure washer. Perfect for all kinds of jobs around the yard or washing the cars or the siding. Easy to assemble. My only complaint, which is a problem with every pressure washer I've owned is that it is impossible to neatly wind up the cord on the wand for storage. They need to be more flexible

I purchased this pressure washer because one of my neighbors has one. It seems to be reliable and well made. They use it frequently, and I wanted something that I could use frequently as well. I haven't used it as yet, but am looking forward to the opportunity.

This was our Christmas present to each other since we have a lot of use for one. Super easy to put together, its lightweight and easy to move around. Has a lot of pressure force when spraying. The only things I don't like about it and would be nice to have: 1) the soap jug: you can't see how much soap is in the container. All you have is the clear hose. It would be nice to have a clear side/front window that shows the level of soap. 2) like everything else when new, you get a workout getting it primed with fuel the first time firing it up. Lol. But it works like a charm, I love it. It's a great pressure washer, glad we purchased it. I would definitely recommend. -T

It's an engine, a pump, and a frame with wheels. Seems super simple to work on and keep running. It does seem a little weak for "2700psi". I have an 1800psi electric Karcher that seems to have more power than this does, but I wanted something gas since our new house has no outdoor outlets.

I have used my Westinghouse pressure washer a handful of times and it is not very durable. After 3 uses the pump cracked. A new pump was sent to me. A few more uses and another piece broke. This time it was the metal connection piece on the soap tube that feeds the soap into the water line. All metal pieces have broken off of this machine. The hose is so stiff that you can't roll it up properly so the hose is all over the place. For the money I paid for this pressure washer I expected it to be better quality.

Purchased to replace an inexpensive HF special. Small electric that worked for about 5 years but eventually gave out. I had a generac years ago which is why I went electric. I wanted something more powerful for yard, patio around the pool and deck and this unit kept coming up with good reviews. Honestly I didn't even know Westinghouse was still a brand, much less a pressure washer manufacturer. I have to say that because of this purchase I would absolutely keep the brand in mind for future appliance purchases. Extremely satisfied with this purchase.
