The camera are great with very clear picture but the directions for setup and use are very vague. I cannot figure out how to add my husband as a second user so he can view from his phone and tablet.

This is an upgrade to an smaller system we've had for years. The cameras from the old system are compatible with this one and it works great. Have contacted customer service a few times with questions and they are very responsive.

Added 2 additional cameras to our system and they were up and running in minutes. No messing around just plug and play. Super easy to add on.

This is the 2nd Night Owl system I have had. The system is easy to use, and the video quality is amazing!

Awesome Product, the ONLY setback to all of this is the app which makes the camera(s) zoom in/pan out which I can't correct through the app itself.
