Great Quality Wood!

Bought it a couple months ago and it is finally up! Instructions where clear & easy to follow through, i suggest you label and put every letter together to make it easier! My kids love it :)

Awesome Backyard Addition

We love our Skyfort III. It's the perfect size for my son now and to grow with for several years. We love having the two slides and indoor/outdoor areas of the porch. The footprint is a great size. It took some time to assemble, but wasn't terrible.

Jaidyn’s Skyfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this Fort and Swingset. Jaidyn renamed the crow nest, she now calls it her Eagle Nest. This 5 year old is so happy playing on all the spaces and loves the swings and slides.

took forever

This took over 3 days to put together, with my husband staying up all night before Christmas. It was a million tiny pieces that had to be put together, and things didn’t line up so we had to drill new holes. The book says it takes 3 hours to put together and this took well over 3 days. My kids do love it now that it is together though. It looks nice too.

Poor quality Do not buy

Low quality wood is used and very sloppy with the cuts a lot of splinters and chips. The pre-drilled holes are not straight. Overall finish is rough you will have to sand it and restain and seal straight out of the box unless you want your kids to have about 50 splinters in their hands

Best pick for multiple children, but not for storm

We bought this swing set at the end of April for our two daughters. Absolutely love being able to play on it with older children. I've read so many reviews on how well these hold up. Fast forward to Dec in pa and now it is blown over and there's nothing we can do. Not sure if it is even salvageable at all. Customer service responded that storms are not covered but we could make a list of parts that are damaged and rebuy them. So heartbreaking that this lasted maybe 8 months if that by the time we got it built. These aren't cheap and I know damage is possible, but never expected this.

Way too hard to put together, there should of been an option for delivery and assembly.

We have temporarily removed the option to add assembly at the time of purchase to give the third party installation company, Go-Configure, a chance to catch up. You can contact the assembly company after the fact to purchase an assembly service if you like, but they may have to schedule you far out. You can reach them at 888-888-5424. They will have information on where they service as well as wait times.
