A few things wrong nothing that is worth making a big deal of

The prefilled holes for the screws do not match up to where you need to. The slide was broken. The window didn't fit. Way too many issues. We had to make our own holes and make modifications to make everything work. Instructions are hard to understand. Can't return back to the store and it's a hassle to return to the company so that's why we made our own modifications to make this work.

Overpriced - Poor Quality - and poor purchase support from the Sams Club service desk and item pickup section. Had to return to the service desk 3 times due to availability of correct personnel to process the purchase, pull the item and time to pick up and load at the freight section. Purchased about 6 Months ago, and have had to replace several steps for breakage and splintering. Assembly was twice as long as advertised and it already has excessive fading due to poor wood treatment from the factory.

What are the measurements of this? I've looked all over the website and I don't see it. Can someone please advise what they are?

Darker boards are peeling and chipped upon arrival -poor quality for price

The only complaint i have is that the stamped part numbers arent clear on many parts which leads to alot of guessing

lots of parts but with the directions this thing went together almost flawless very happy with the product so far

VERY TIME CONSUMING you will spend ATLEAST 2 days trying to build this thing. It took us 5 people to build

Missing part, which pushed our installation date back a month, resulting in disappointed children. The contractor installer informed us this a common issue with these products.

We are SO happy with this swing set! My kids can’t get off of it. This is perfect for my 6 and 4 year old. The only issue we had was during putting it together, some holes did not align perfectly but we made it work.
