The print quality is good, but feeder issues. If you use thicker paper or worst sticker paper it tends to only print one page and then it creates feeder problems. Also the paper curls up weird when it comes out the main feeder, at one point I had 4 pages curled up and I couldn’t even see them. The paper catch doesn’t do a very good job, you’ll end up with papers on the floor. The front feeder doesn’t have a paper rest so you have to stand there and hold the paper for the printer to recognize that it’s there, otherwise it gives you an error.

The screen is nice and bright in easy to read and follow. Paper was a snap to load. Changing out the ink is quick to do. The ink subscription is an added benefit so you never run out. Signing up is straightforward and you can customize when and what gets sent to you. You can cancel at anytime

I have been a HP office inkjet user for over 30 years. I finally realized the cost for all those ink cartridges were getting old. I know the picture quality is not there with a LaserJet but I print pictures very little. It definitely has been a great choice to get rid of inkjet printers. This is my first Brother printer and it has been an outstanding experience. It was so easy to set up and has outperformed in many ways compared to my old inkjet printers. No more plugged ink lines and no more messes. YAY!!

Also really like that it does scan/print/copy all in one. It's a good mix of robust printer but not one that takes up a huge footprint. Does nice color printing for presentations, etc., and handles different weights of paper quite well. Highly recommended

I like that I can print directly from my phone without having to get on my computer and the print quality is better than typical home printers. Love the machine but hate the set up with ink and limitations on printing -- when I need to print I need to print and I do not want the added hassle of need to change my program or call or anything else. -- keep the ink coming and no penalties if there is one month busier than another
