Real Irish butter at a great price. I do not know how they do it. All butter is not the same, and there must be something about the pasturage in Ireland that giver their cows the ability to pass on the natural freshness to the butter. Maybe also is the fact that much of Irish dairy is processed by cooperatives of small herd owners and more individual care of each animal.

Grass-fed butter is best. Kerrygold is consistent and affordable. Great for toast, baking, etc.
