Try one and prove me wrong:)

We have been loyal Samsung Customers for over 17 years. In fact we still have our first 43 inch TV we purchased new! It still provides exceptional color and clarity as it did brand new! The best thing Samsung does is continue to make their products better and better with each release! We have four tv's purchased over the 17 years and each one out performs the early models but all of them provide great pictures!!!

No More Samsung

Very disappointing TV. We thought we were upgrading from our 2014 model, but there is no sound when you turn it on. It is necessary to access a streaming channel and then convert back to the TV to obtain sound on the TV. This is not progress. The issue is with the TV not the cable connection. This has been established beyond a doubt. This is certainly the last Samsung product for us. Beware.

Picture vs Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television has beautiful picture quality. I love the options for backgrounds when not watching a program. However, my older Samsung has more volume. This television needs additional speakers to give me the volume we're use to. Very light weight which makes it nice to handle if you don't have help.

Nice picture quality for the price!

I bought this around six weeks ago for a temporary replacement in the living room until the 77” gets repaired. It’s done well so far and the picture quality is great. Once the 77” comes back which is not a Samsung, we will move the 43” to another room. Great TV!

Need Help!

The TV has a beautiful picture, but the remote is terrible! I have arthritis and issues with my fingers, and there is no way I can use such a small remote. The guide is hard to use - a manual with instructions would be helpful. If you could recommend a remote with larger buttons with numbers, a record button, a DVR button, and backlit would be appreciated.

Samsung QLED technology is a star

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crisp and clear 4K videos, high quality QLED in every size by Samsung is amazing. Installation is hardly a 5 mins setup with the light weight stand and just place it and play it. Worth a buy in your budget.

Great picture, sound issues

Picture is great on this model. This is the second Samsung I've bought in the last three years, and have had sound problems with both. First one sound would not start on power up 100% of the time, second one has occasional static that a reboot fixes. YMMV.

Perfect Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use my TV to stream my favorite shows. I wanted a larger size than the 32" I had. This tv fit perfectly in the small space on my bedroom chest of drawers. Besides the beautiful, crisp picture, I loved how easy it was to set up. I am not electronically inclined and Samsung has taken the guesswork out of TV setup allowing the use of a QR code with easy to follow instructions. This smart TV has soooo many apps/ options that I haven't even begun to explore. Another great feature is that the remote will control all your other devices such as my firestick and cable TV box. I am so pleased with my purchase!

You have to buy a Samsung TV

Having a Samsung TV means saying goodbye to cable. Love the Samsung TV Plus that we had on a monitor so definitely knew our next TV would be Samsung. The QLED image is so good that we can’t even watch our Sharp Aquos living room set anymore. Only regret is not buying one sooner.

OK

Love the TV! Hate the remote control! I realize the removal of buttons is a few tenths of a cent cost savings but is very inconvenient to have to remember how to use the multi-function buttons. Also, impossible for guests who are not familiar with the buttons. The remote controls are never displayed with the product. Have to keep cell phone handy to be able to ask Siri how to do a particular function.
