Bought 3 packages, so a total of 6 chargers in May of 2025. In July 2025, I noticed that one has the battery so bloated inside the case, the case is ready to break open, meaning it is defective. I contacted the company but have heard nothing back. So disappointed because I need all the chargers and returning to Sam's would mean I would have to return the bad one along with a good one since they come in packages of two. Sam's no longer carries this particular style, so I can't get it replaced. I just wished the customer service would actually answer my emails!

They are a little heavy, not bad. We charged an iPhone SE2020 in less than 2 hours and only took the charger down to 75%. I think they will be great for phones. I have a 9th gen iPad. They are not stout enough to charge it much. One that was fully charged ran out of charge after about 1.5 hours and got the iPad up from 47-75% charged. I think they will be fine.

These are the best!!!! But unfortunately one out of the two battery packs has a problem. I have a pink and navy blue one but one of the charging ports for the blue one never works so I’m unable to use it. I have the iPhone 14 pro max so I have the USB C. It is my first time using the blue one (I always use the pink since it’s my favorite color) and it is unusable. But i do recommend and I hope it all works!

We have the older style that worked great for a year and then the batteries swelled. "Older style" in that they are only a year old but now I see they changed the shape a bit. I emailed Customer Service about the swollen batteries and never got a response at all.
