I recently purchased these and after 3 days of having it, whilst running errands one day I decided to recharge the power bank in my car, only to smell a strange plastic burning after about 20 minutes of being plugged in. I looked over at where it was plugged in (using the provided charging cord) and it was on fire. Be cautious with these, I was in and out of my car, luckily I caught it before leaving my car for an extended period of time. It wasn't two hot/cold the weather, and I used an appropriately amped outlet. So lucky that I caught this before my car ended up on fire!

First even though I gave a 3 star, I feel it's almost a 4 and would still recommend. I bought these July 2021. I gave the gray to my dad and I kept the pink one. When I 1st got it I was amazed at how fast it charged my phone. Sometimes my phone would be at 20% or lower and it brought it to 100% and still has juice left. Worked great until about a month or so ago. For some reason it isn't give me much of a charge. Maybe 10 -15% tops. I thought maybe I didn't leave it charging long enough for the pack to be 100%. So I put it on my nightstand and charged it overnight. I tried again the next day. Same thing. Plugged it into my phone when I needed it and gave me about the same charge. I have tried it multiple times thing again maybe I didn't have it all the way plugged in my phone. I'm not sure how long a portable charger last, but this one's life is over. Disappointed that I couldn't even get 2 years out of it. As for the gray one, my dad rarely ever uses it so it still works fine. For the price it works good, but wish it would some sort of a warning light that it was going to be going out of business. For example, the 4 white lights could turn orange to let you know. Kind of sucks when you count on it and need for an emergency.

Had this product 4 days. You cannot over chage them or they'll die.

I wanted something smaller than what I had and this is AWESOME!

They always seem to be shutting down. You plug in your device and come back an hour later and it never charged. Not sure why it does that. Have tried several different phones and they all do the same thing.

Bought these before we traveled internationally and flash forward 4yrs still the best power bank we could have found. Love that it has a power button too.

Got for use on a vacation, the outlets on the power pack seem to work sometimes and not others. Impact was not having a full charge when charging overnight or the transfer of power wasn’t getting to my phone consistently. Pretty frustrating!

Its not great, just Ok. It will charge a phone but found it picky charging with USB A devices and does not see .5 watt devices at all to even start to recharge. I notice this with a Anker Prime 27650 which showed the power at .5 watts and charged the led light. It was slow to charge with a solar panel as well.

Bought 3 packages, so a total of 6 chargers in May of 2025. In July 2025, I noticed that one has the battery so bloated inside the case, the case is ready to break open, meaning it is defective. I contacted the company but have heard nothing back. So disappointed because I need all the chargers and returning to Sam's would mean I would have to return the bad one along with a good one since they come in packages of two. Sam's no longer carries this particular style, so I can't get it replaced. I just wished the customer service would actually answer my emails!

This is the second set of these batteries I have purchased. They are slim and compact and the coating has a very nice feel. Most important, they charge my phone very quickly and one full battery charge will recharge my phone at least twice in case I'm away from home and need to charge my phone more than once. I use a battery frequently so I'm often going through the discharge and recharge cycle on the battery. Even so, the battery lasted about a year and a half before it would no longer hold a charge. My wife uses hers less, so fewer discharge and recharge cycles, and hers is still working fine after more than a year and a half. I definitely recommend this battery.
