The color is gorgeous. The leather is very soft and it really looks nice in our space. I have wanted a leather sofa, but not one that looked too poofy and weird. This one looks nice but still has the reclining option and not that overly poof bubbly look. We like the power recline option and the adjustable headreset in a nice feature. What really sold me on this sofa is that the backrest is tall and not short like too many others. You can reset your full body when you sit without having to slouch because the back is tall enough for that!

This is probably the most plastic of plastic couches I've ever had and really I've never had a plastic couch, but this is definitely a plastic couch. Fake leather! So annoyed! I thought about immediately returning it since they said it was Cow Hide, but then I thought well I'll give it a chance because after all, I do have dogs and it'll probably be destroyed in a year or two. That's why I did not want to spend much money on this. In all honesty, with the low price, I didn't really expect it to be cow hide leather like it said, but my hopes were high. Tried to upload a pic and Sams aint having it. For the price, ill keep it because it weighs a ton and don't want to move it again. The recline is pretty nice, easy to put together , in mint condition on delivery. If it was real leather i would be over the moon. Tried to upload a photo showing the difference between real leather and this fake Maybe they blocked me.

This is a comfortable sofa to sit on. It's soft but supportive. I love that you can recline this back and also adjust the headrests. Having a usb charger is also really nice. Having to have cords to power it is a bit unsightly though so I wouldn't recommend this anywhere that isn't right next to an outlet. Overall a beautiful and comfortable piece though.

Couch itself is very nice. I bought both couch and chair. However, the delivery option was atrocious! 2 separate deliveries by folks I think they picked up at landscaping outlet. Definitely not pros! Man and wife, small dolly, dropped it. I had to help. 2nd delivery, 1 man alone, no dolly, I had to help. Sams, you can do better!

Horrible customer service! They put us through terrible stressful 4 hour long conversation on the phone and in the end we still had to return their damaged furniture and wait for someone to pick it up and they told us to repurchase the furniture without any discounts. He hang up the phone on us. Very disrespectful and very disappointed. We just wanted the broken sofas replaced.

Really nice sofa for the price. Faux leather feels great, recliners work smoothly and so do the usb chargers. Reclining positions could be a bit more comfortable, and perhaps a bit longer for a 6’3” guy as I am. I also wish Sam’s Club could deliver it.

I bought this and After I received it and seen how beautiful it really is, I had to order the matching recliner. They both work perfectly. The real leather is so soft and luxurious. Top quality. been enjoying it for almost a year. no regrets! I am 56 and the power reclining is a wonderful thin. Zero negative issues with this furniture. I am so glad I got it.

This was delivered to my home by one person by throwing it out of their truck into my driveway. Ok…fine. I got it in the door myself! But upon further examination and after the tedious process of getting it put together I found a strange pattern that was imprinted into one of the seats. Also it's nearly impossible to get comfortable in reclining position bc the foot and bk do not recline independently of one another. It is very under-stuffed with absolutely no lumbar cushion /support. Zero! And for some reason the Sam's Club app won't let me upload any pics! Shocking!

This chair is made of real leather, which is a nice quality feature. It's comfortable overall, though it does feel a bit firm at first. One thing I really don't like is that when it's fully reclined, my feet hang over the edge. I'm 5'10", so I'm not especially tall, and about 6 inches of my feet extend past the footrest. It also doesn't recline as far back as I expected. Overall, it's decent quality, but the length and recline range could definitely be improved.

Cooper sofa recliner works great for my wife and I; I give it a 4/5. My review is based on the recklessness of the delivery The driver showed up shortly after receiving a text saying the sofa was on the way. A minivan pulled up with a large box sticking out of the back, with only one person in the van. Asking the driver why they only sent one person, he said he didn't know it weighed 254lbs. He asked if I had a dolly. We strapped it to a dolly lowered one end only to find him on the dolly side saying he would help push. After tweaking my back, we got it into the front door and I told him goodbye. Well, sitting there in pain, I could not believe what just happened. It is careless to put there drivers and customers at risk of injury. I am totally amazed by Sam's Club incompetence.
