Wow! This leather couch is so comfortable! It has a modern look and the color of the couch is perfect. It also comes with recliners!

Beautiful hand, beautiful color, soooo comfortable

Dimples are starting to show on the seatong surfaces, not sure if it's a problem with the leather or fabrication.

The sofa arrived defective, and returning it was an exhausting ordeal. Sam's Club's shipping partner only sent a single driver to pick up this incredibly heavy piece of furniture, and I was forced to help lift and carry it from my living room to the truck myself. On top of that, it took nearly four weeks of fighting with customer service and escalating to a supervisor to finally get my refund processed. Unacceptable quality and even worse delivery/return service. Avoid this product!

We absolutely love this sofa! It's incredibly buttery soft and has been a huge hit with our whole family—including our kids and our dogs. The leather feels high quality, and it's been easy to wipe clean, which is a big plus with little ones and pets. I'm 5'4” and can sit comfortably without reclining—my feet touch the floor, which is something I appreciate. My husband is 6'0”, and while his feet hang off the end when it's fully reclined, he still finds it very comfortable. The power recline is smooth, quick, and responsive. My only small complaint is that all of the buttons feel the same. Since they're on the side, I'm usually reaching for them without looking and often hit the wrong one. A small raised bump or different texture on each button would make them much easier to identify by touch. Overall, this sofa is incredibly comfortable without being overly soft or overly firm, looks beautiful, and was an excellent value for the price. We have zero regrets about buying it and would absolutely recommend it!

Nice comfy reclining couch. Deep seats is a plus. Love the color

The color is gorgeous. The leather is very soft and it really looks nice in our space. I have wanted a leather sofa, but not one that looked too poofy and weird. This one looks nice but still has the reclining option and not that overly poof bubbly look. We like the power recline option and the adjustable headreset in a nice feature. What really sold me on this sofa is that the backrest is tall and not short like too many others. You can reset your full body when you sit without having to slouch because the back is tall enough for that!

I'll start by saying that this product is a rip-off. The display model in the store—the one left out for people to see and try—is made of material that bears absolutely no resemblance to the product you actually buy. The product you receive is of extremely poor quality; it retains indentations easily, feels flimsy, and seems to lack sufficient filling. It is a complete lack of respect.

delivery was a hassle. they called to cancel on day of delivery and left a vm saying they're coming the next day. no window. no call back number. no apology. i took off from work for this And lost a lot of money. i blame sams for not having control over their vendors

This chair is made of real leather, which is a nice quality feature. It's comfortable overall, though it does feel a bit firm at first. One thing I really don't like is that when it's fully reclined, my feet hang over the edge. I'm 5'10", so I'm not especially tall, and about 6 inches of my feet extend past the footrest. It also doesn't recline as far back as I expected. Overall, it's decent quality, but the length and recline range could definitely be improved.
