This TV was a huge letdown. I was excited to set it up and enjoy the big screen, but right out of the box, it wouldn't turn on. I tried troubleshooting with the manual and online resources, but nothing worked. Contacted customer service and the process was frustrating. Avoid this model and brand if you value your time and money.I returned it to Sam's Club the same day FedEx delivered it to me.

Waste of money! I waited weeks for this TV to come in stock. What a disappointment, washed out colors, images not sharp. I tried every color setting and no improvement. My 20 year old Samsung has more vibrant color and sharper image. Returned and purchased a 55 inch Samsung QN85 TV and it is gorgeous!.

I bought this a month ago for a close friend. I’m now buying one for myself.

Vizio tvs are Garbage products that fail exactly after the warranty ends.

Just bought the TV and just love it. Has a great picture and easily install the Vizio sound bar. Very pleased with our purchase.

Picture is awesome, my wife always said she couldn’t tell a difference with other tvs in the picture but this tv she said is so clear and crisp
