That it. The second time I let it sit for over 5 minutes before unplugging it. After plugging it back in it works great until it does it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Am working on getting picture to my preference. So far adjustments are not working to my ideal (many areas to be adjusted). Slowly getting there though. Live TV is best picture quality. When switching between multiple cameras picture changes dramatically. Don't know if this is because of the 4K, HDR, etc. will update at a future time. Free TV seems to have an inordinate amount of commercials.

One thing though, this latest and most expensive Vizio does not have the Apple TV app available. Don’t understand why the lower tier Vizio’s have the Apple TV app and this one doesn’t. Not sure if that’s a Vizio or Apple issue. However, with that said I still love the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Vizio Quantum TV is phenomenal. Very clear and bright as the sun. We have 5 TV sets at home but this is exceptionsl among the TV’s that we have. I highly recommend this product to all TV enthusiast.

The picture is great. The remote is horrible. There is no volume control button. You are supposed to hold down a button and speak 'increase volume ten percent' or 'decrease volume five percent' - well it's near impossible to get it right or make minor adjustments. To mute you can't just push a button, you must tell it 'mute'. It's cumbersome and annoying. I love the tv but would never have purchased it if I knew how NOT user friendly it is. I am very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to receive this tv and get it setup! I was disappointed when I set everything up and noticed tiny black/grey spots all over the tv under the screen. I tried changing settings and cleaning the screen but nothing worked so I’m assuming it happened in shipping or during manufacturing. It’s a great tv otherwise but I just wish the spots were less noticeable. I also counsels get my Vizio sound bar to connect without purchasing a cable to bypass the port on the tv so I guess that is also broken. I received this tv complimentary so I can’t complain too much but it would have been nice if it wasn’t all damaged and worked properly.

The picture quality and image resolution is impecable and outstanding. It is like having my own 4K movie theatre in my bedroom. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family members. It was totally worth waiting for! And the best part ot was free!! Its a perfect addition to our room especially now that we do movie nights at home frequently!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the TV for a couple months and I do love it but like I mentioned puts out a lot of heat in a small room it gets hot so moved it to the living room. Other than that amazing picture works well with my Philip Hugh sync box. The control is amazing Has great range only thing that I’ve noticed and I’m keeping an eye out on it randomly. Has these glitches where the picture kind of goes into a rainbow effect so that’s my only concern as of now
