I was happy that it arrived undamaged. It took two to hold it up while one tightened the screws to the mount. A little heavy, but the quality of the picture and sound is top notch. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Great picture. Easy set-up. Very disappointed that it will not let you download the Xfinity stream app. My intent was to get rid of my roku. But I will continue to use the roku😞

I just unboxed the television for Christmas. It doesn’t work. The unit turns on but the screen is blank. Set up instructions are not presented. I press all buttons on the remote and nothing happens. Only the power on and power off button works.

having issues with changing from inputs and volume controls are very slow to respond. I think the processor is a little slow. overall, its a regular TV.

Set up was quick and easy. TV picture is phenomenal, outstanding, more than I expected. I can see pores!! Wasn’t expecting that type of quality but it is wonderful TV and you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing TV! The display is amazing, colors are rich, blacks are deep, and fast. Game mode is awesome when I'm playing Xbox. So happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend! And the price is great. Feels like you get more than what you paid for!

The color is exceptional. I have s big bay window in my small living room and the light from the window does not diminish at all with the color on the tv. 💙

Works great and as expected. So far no issues with Bluetooth connectivity. Volume is good but I may still consider a sound bar for even better sound.
