Amazing app, and amazing swingset!

This is a sturdy and attractive playset. The grandkids love it. Assembly takes some time (we hired somebody to put it together).

Just finished putting it together. Very well made. Definitely follow the book step by step. Lay out the screws on a table ahead of time.

Bought the playset on March 5th, 2024, we are concerned about the product, do not think it is well built. Boards are cracking already, stain pealing. For the price it should last longer.

Overall was great buy. Pretty sturdy. Key is the spend some time organizing the wood pieces and paying attention to hole placement. It does take some time to put together but overall very happy with the purchase.

This is probably the best playset for the money for a middle of the road playset. It's really tall so make sure you have the height clearance. I did this set myself in about 3.5 days, easily took around 24ish hours. Was worried I would need a ladder to install the roof but thankfully you can install most of it from the 2nd floor once you put the floor in. I am 300 lbs and it held my weight on the 2nd and 3rd floor just had to move slowly. They send a lot of spare nuts and bolts and most the wood came in good condition, maybe had 3-4 planks that had some splitting. Instructions were pretty straightforward, when I was confused I just used the Bilt app to help out. Just beware the wood is a very soft wood and its kind of flimsy and bent sometimes. It's a stunning set, only getting 4 stars because of the quality of the wood.

We bought this set four months ago. My husband has extensive building/carpentry experience, so he wanted to assemble it himself. It's been a terrific set for our girls but there was a very close near-accident when one of the bolts from the swing fell out of the support beam. The problem is the set uses T-nuts, specifically for the swing hinges, which when the swing is used, it causes the bolt to loosen little by little until it comes out. Our one year old almost took the hinge to the head when it fell from above her. My husband ended up using metal lock nuts with extra strength lock-tite and a 2 inch washer to replace the hinge hardware. There are no concerns with the swing hardware anymore.

We absolutely love our place set! We were looking for something that would fit our small yard but still have all the features of a bigger playset. The mystic tower was the perfect fit! With three stories it has all the entities you’d want - slide, telescope/viewing tower, rock climbing wall, rope ladder, “pirate” wheel, tunnel, grill, 3 swings, everything! We can’t wait to watch our kids grow with it!

This product is definitely a lot of work! But we are very pleased with the quality of the material and how easy the paper directions and the app directions were. If you get this I would set aside 2 FULL days. Definitely might have 2 impacts/drills to help the process. 3 of us and we got half way on day 1. Comes with everything you will need (bits/screws/bolts/washers/etc).You have to open all 4 boxes to start the first project. I recommend you laying each box out in a different area and grouping them in order. But all around can't wait for our little ones to play on it when it gets warmer out.
