Best practice

follow the bilt directions is a lot easier than the manual. also lay out the screws, nuts, bolts, washers in numerical order

Very nice!

Very easy setup with using this app to build. You will have A LOT of extra screws.

Great purchase

Great play structure! Kids love it. Took 2 people 2 days to complete. We bought heavy duty anchors to secure it down.

grandkids happiness

Our grandkids love the swing set. It is the first thing they run to when they get out of the car. Couldn't be happier with it.

Poor quality

Poor quality of materials. Wood started to fade and finish peeled after a few months. Swing anchors have to be re-tightened often.

We're sorry to hear that. We highly advise applying sealant to our unit at least once or twice a year. We can check this for you. Please send us more details through our email. customerserv@backyarddiscovery.com
