I've had this bed a little over a year now. The frame is great and the set up is nice. First couple months were nice on it. However a year later Im having to order a new bed again... this bed does end up sinking where you lay at night and creates those dips. I weight right around 103 so I'm not that heavy. My bf is a bit heavier weighing a little over 200 lbs. the bed is very firm so if you think it's going to be soft think again. It doesn't have much "give". I will be giving my 5 year old this mattress since she Doesn't seem to mind the dips.

Really comfy and soft but just enough firmness. I bought this for my little girl's day bed and it's perfect. Also shipping was super fast and delivered very nicely shrinked wrapped. I read on here re a smell but I didn't have any of the sort with my mattress.

Bought this mattress for our teen age granddaughter and she absolutely loves it!!! The quality compares to any that we found at retail furniture stores. We checked a local furniture store for a mattress but they wanted $100 to deliver a twin mattress about 40 miles away, which was outrageous. Buying from Sams Club was so easy, search, click, buy and it shows up at your door. Very happy with this purchase.

My husband and I purchased this mattress to go on our new platform bed. We purchased the king-size. We knew we were wanting a "Spring" mattress and not a total Memory Foam. The box it came in was much smaller than I had expected. When we opened the box and cut the plastic from around it, it popped open! Please make sure, when you open it, that you are in the place where you want the mattress to be and be sure to stand back! It expanded in just a few seconds and we slept on it a few hours later. It is very comfortable, but very firm! This was one of the cheaper mattresses that we found and we have been pleasantly surprised at the quality. It was also much easier for us to order this product online and have it shipped to our door than it would have been for us to purchase one in the store.

I was completely surprised when the mattress arrives in a box. Watch the packaging video! To my pleasant surprise the mattress is definitely of good quality and you can't beat the price. I bought the mattress for my guest bedroom thinking so what it's just a guest room but the mattress is more comfortable than my bed. It's firm but not uncomfortable. I would give this a 5 star but I like my mattress just a wee bit softer.

We purchased this for my 15 year old daughter. It puffed up nicely out of the rolled up vacuum sealed packaging in a shorter time than expected. Its very comfortable with the right amount of firmness for support but luxury soft. My only concern is the outer fabric does not appear to be water resistant like other mattress, but is a soft material. Not really an issue for a 15 year old though. She LOVES her new mattress. For the price we thought it a huge step up in comfort from those mattress offered in the club (limited selection, no twin pillow tops) and purchased it based on previous reviews on this site. We have not been dissappointed in our purchase!

First of all, I have never ordered a mattress in the mail before, watching it spring back to life is pretty awesome. The mattress is fairly firm, but it has a little cushion on top. I got the mattress for my son's bed, so I have never slept on it, but I lay on it to read him stories, and it is very comfortable! The mattress is also extremely quiet. You can't hear a single spring, which I like. We did have issues, but not with the mattress it's self. I didn't consider that the bed would be too thick for a day bed, but it is. We had to modify the bed to make the mattress fit. It was about 5" too thick. I am very happy with this mattress.

First of all, I was so impressed by how the bed unfolded out of the packaging because at first glance, even my husband was thinking " I don't want to be around when she calls customer service" lol. But we are so pleased with the comfort and size. It's well worth the money. We've been over sleeping since we got it and our kids fit comfortably when they come crawling in during the middle of the night. Happy Happy Happy

We ordered this item from Sam's Club. We are located in Florida and the mattress was shipped FedX Ground from California. Therefore it took almost 2 weeks to receive it after the delivery date was changed 3 times. The mattress was delivered in a square box that was much smaller than the mattress. It is fairly heavy and will require a couple of people to carry it into the house. Once you open the box and remove the packing, the mattress springs to life (Watch out). It looks great and looks like a quality mattress. It has a pillow like top, but the first night sleeping on it was difficult, because it was so firm (Hard). WE ended up putting a 2 inch memory foam pad on top of it and now it is fantastic to sleep on. It ends up being about 15 inches high above the box spring, so you need to be fairly agile to climb aboard at night. Yes I would recomend it as long as you are award of my comments above.

My wife and I both have pains and having a good mattress is a big deal for us. After Reading a lot of the reviews I noticed that many of them did not pertain to this particular mattress yet the ratings were very high. We decided to give it a try anyway since most of the relevant reviews were still good and we couldn't find anything at a brick and mortar store that looked or felt decent; plus, the price was attractive. This single queen mattress came in a large box coiled up under pressure. It has spring coils and foam. We let it sit out for a full day before putting it on the bed. Our first night we didn't really notice any help to our lower backs but we both had shoulder pains, probably from the stiffness of the new mattress and both of us sleeping on our sides. That pain went away after a couple of nights but it didn't do much for our other pains - definitely not worse than before when we were sleeping on a cheap Serta Perfect Sleeper that I would definitely NOT recommend. For the price it's fine if you don't need a really good mattress to address on-going pains. As far as longevity, we'll just have to wait and see.
