I ordered this product for a Hide-a-Bed that I built for guests to use. The HaB does not have a box spring. I was surprised by the small package the product was shipped in(FedEx). The mattress is greatly compressed/vacuum packed/folded then shipped in a much smaller box. Be careful to open the box in an area as large as the mattress size. Once the vacuum package is perforated and removed it wil take two full days for the mattress to assume its full size and firmness. I like how the mattress feels. Guests have mentioned how comfortable it is. I an very pleased with the purchase. It does not require a box spring. The only downside is that all mattresses were made locally providing local jobs. With this technology mattresses can now be shipped from china at reasonable cost.

We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new mattress because it was for our camper, so after doing some on-line research, we decided on this mattress from Sam's. I've never owned or slept on a mattress w/o a box spring, so I was a little apprehensive on the comparability aspect. My husband was the first one to sleep on it & he was more than happy at how comfy it was. And considering the 8" mattress that used to be in our camper, WOW is this mattress nice!! If we had the need for another mattress, I'd definitely purchase another one, but in king size as that's what we're used to sleeping on. For the cost & so far, the durability, this mattress is definitely cost effective & money well spent. P.S. Don't worry about the fact it's shipped all rolled up in a box. This has no effect on the wear or the mattress. Also, there's no odor like some mattresses like this have. Ready to sleep on in a matter of 6 hours after unpackaging it.

I have put off writing this review until I thought I could give it a proper review. We have had the bed roughly a month now. It was the 1st time we ordered a bed online. i went by what we had seen in stores and the reviews I read on the Sams website. The price helped too. We absolutely love it. At first it felt a little more firm than what we wanted. But we figured it had to be given a chance you know bed in a box role up just needed time. Glad we gave it time. After about 3 nights, we slept better, got more rest, and didn't have pains when we awoke. For me 5 ft 9 and 300 lbs I sleep better, I don't wake up in more pain than I went to bed with. This was a big deal. My husband doesn't snore as badly I have noticed if at all. We both seem to have a little more energy. I think this is the best buy we could have made and the price didn't hurt either. So far no dips in the bed..

I bought this mattress for my 8 year old who was complaining his bed was uncomfortable. I thought about just buying him a mattress overlay at first but then saw the reviews on this mattress and the price wasn't that much more so I decided to just get him the mattress instead. He says it's comfortable and no more complaining from him. I have laid on it and had to make myself get up so I don't fall asleep there because of how comfortable it is. I think I will be getting the king size 13" for us. You can't go wrong buying this mattress especially for the price!

I bought a king size for my bed about 6 months ago and still love it. Replaced an old mattress on my son's bed with this one and it is great. Puffed right up out of the box to full size and he is sleeping great on it. I even had to sleep in with him one night and had no back pain in the morning like with the old mattress. Best deal online!

I was skeptical at first to purchase a bed online and for the price. I figured I would get a few nights of good sleep than give it to one of my sons. The bed arrived via fed ex. It was not in a box, it was rolled up with protecting covering. My son rolled it up the stairs. We began to cut the tape and packaging off of the bed. We lifted it on top of my queen box spring I already had. I've slept on this bed for 3 nights now. I have severe back pain at times, whereas, I can barely walk in the morning. This bed is very firm. I'm 5"9 and approximately 268 lbs. I haven't had a good nights sleep since I can remember. The value and expedite shipping was well worth purchasing this bed. I can't smile enough when I wake up, and my back is not hurting. The bed is so firm and you don't feel the coils to your back. I do less tossing and turning now. If you have back issues and looking for a good mattress I highly recommend this. You won't be sorry. It's a decent bed without a whole lot of money. When I re-do my guest room, I will be trading this in for a king size.

Not to firm but FIRM, not mushy. Comes in a box, put it on the box spring wheren it will be before you cut the cloth off it. I tiwll quickly expand. It is both comfortable and excellent to sleep on. I like a more firm than mushy bed. This was a great deal for us. We use in a guest bedroom and have had nothing but compliments on its comfort.

I bought this mattress a couple months ago and it arrived in the box. There seems to be an issue of it being coiled up in the box because even after a second replacement has been provided, The mattress has a bend in the middle. Used it in the guestroom and have gotten complaints is it sags in the middle. It does not have any support around the edges and this is the main problem that affects the firmness of the mattress. Since it comes in a smaller box, once it’s uncoiled then there is no way FedEx will be able to pick up the mattress for it to be returned. This was a major headache.

Purchased in August of 2023, It didn't feel great at first but figured we needed to adjust to it. IT GOT WORSE. began to experience back pain (hubby) hip and shoulder pain for me , bought a topper. IT THEN BECAME A NIGHTMARE to sleep on, the mattress has now sagged on both of our sides, if you try to sleep outside of your well the pain only becomes worse, It is the most disappointing purchase I have ever made.

I have had the king size for nearly a year and it's still perfect, so good that when we moved we bought the queen size for spare room enstead of taking the old spare bed with us. We tried to refold the king size, vacuum sealed it and folded in half. A week later when we unpacked if it bounced right back perfect. Best beds out there for sure. All other beds are so uncomfortable now.
