I wanted to wait a while to review the mattress so others could hear a review that could tell you what the mattress was like after sleeping on it for a while. Mattress has been great for us so far. I am a big guy and my wife is smaller. When I tossed and turned on our old mattress it would bounce her and wake her up. Now I toss and turn less and when I do, it doesn't disturb her. Make sure you get a platform bed for it. A box spring will ruin the mattress. We got one for $130 or so on amazon. It has worked well for us. I would rotate it every so often to let it wear more evenly.

I bought two of these mattresses online, sight unseen, for my kids when we moved into our new house. I wasn't too concerned about how they slept for two full size adults since they were going in my kids room (both weigh under 100lbs). Well shortly after they arrived we had family come for the holidays and both kids had to give up their rooms for the grandparents. Everyone said the mattresses were extremely comfortable and slept great. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

My fiance and I got a new king bed about 6 months ago, so we got two twins to put in it. At first they were bothTemperpedics from another store, I hated mine so I exchanged it 2 times from that store for other mattresses unfortunately, I didn't sleep well on any of them. Then I ordered a sleep number and didn't like the first one which was 1500.00 so they swaped it out for the 550.00 one with different options. I kept giving it a chance but it just didn't feel right, I slept terrible all the time so I returned that one too. After reading the reviews on this Sams club bed I thought I'd try it out as I could return it easily. The first evening I layed on it I knew it was going to be the one, I didn't have to get used to it like the other stores kept telling me. I finally found my mattress! It's not super firm or too soft, you don't sink in, that's what I was looking for. Apparently I sleep so deep that I'm talking in my sleep now:) Also, there was no smell to it, not sure what that complaint was about, I'm sensitive to smells too.

I looked at all the reviews and decides to buy without a trial. Hard to believe a real innerspring mattress can be in that small box but it was. Very easy to set up and comfortable. I am 73 years old, 250 LB with a bad back and I seep well with no back pain when I get up. Exceeded my expectations.

I bought this mattress for our guest room from sams.com. It was delivered in a box. When I seen the box I was disappointed because I didn't think I had bought the correct mattress. How could a mattress fit in this odd shaped box!!!! Its difficult to tell online what you are getting sometimes. Needless to say I was very impressed as how easy it was to unpack & set it up! You MUST READ the instructions FIRST!!! This mattress was a great purchase and it fit perfectly on our queen size boxspring! It was a good value at less than $300 delivered via FEDEX.

This is our second purchase of this mattress, We purchased one for us in july, 2015- Great experience, Great mattress but slow shipping from fedex- So we ordered another for our daughter on Aug 14, 2015- This time the experience was not so great. To start with, The vendor "lost" the order, It didn't ship til almost 4 days later, We contacted Sams and got a wonderful representative named Tryst K. Who went out of her way to get the order moving from the vendor. Then another 6 days in transit from Fed ex ground. Although we appreciated the free shipping, We would have happily paid extra if there was a better/ faster courier available. Fed ex ground is just too slow. Anyway, We FINALLY received the mattress which was in an opened box when it arrived, trivial problem. After all of this, the mattress rolled out great and our daughter who was moving from a twin bed was so happy to have the queen mattress all to herself and has been sleeping wonderfully ever since- Aside from the shipping issues, We HIGHLY recommend this mattress- With or without a foam topper it is wonderful. We DID NOT experience any weird odors, Maybe we were just lucky? We would happily purchase another one of these in the future and have recommended this mattress to our friends and family as well.

I chose this mattress based on the reviews of others on this web site. It turned out to be great advice. The mattress arrived in a large rectangular box. It was rolled up, doubled over and vacuum-sealed in plastic. I rolled it out of the box and to the bed frame, then carefully took scissors, broke the vacuum seal and watched it unfurl. It took 2 days to take correct shape and air. I liked how it was extremely clean and dry. It's firm without being hard. I sleep on my side in comfort. It's so much better than my previous pillow top mattress, and for the price, I consider it a great buy.

Easy to order, fast shipping, great price for a very comfortable 12" mattress. Ordered two of these mattresses on a Friday and they arrived on Wednesday. I'm not usually comfortable ordering things online, especially a mattress, but this one worked out great! Amazing how they roll them up in a 4x2.5x2.5 box, but it's done very efficiently and they fluff right up when unpacked – plus you don't have a whole mattress sitting on your doorstep till you get home. Would definitely recommend this mattress. One of the easiest purchases I've ever made.

We have always paid around a thousand dollars for a queen mattress. We took a chance on this around $300. dollar mattress based on the reviews by other consumers. We have now been sleeping for 3 months or so on this mattress and I promise never to spend $1,000. on a mattress ever again. This mattress is just as comfortable and firm as any mattress 3x its' price. As suggested by other reviewers, we simply placed it on a plywood sheet fit to the mattress. I don't quite understand why other reviewers said that placing it on a conventional mattress foundation would ruin it - but I did follow their advice and did not place it on a conventional box spring foundation. Summary: very pleased with quality and price.

I first tried this mattress out when I was visiting my daughter home. I could not believe the rest I got. After the visit, at home ,I did not sleep as well. So I decided to get one. Give it three days to fully expand and air out, since it came compressed wrapped in plastic and in a box.
