I have been using this mattress just over a week now and am really pleased with it. we were skeptical of a mattress being compressed into a box but this is truly amazing. One of the best mattresses I've ever slept on. Hope it holds up, but so far very good.

For the price this is overall a great mattress, is has sub-par edge support (if you sleep near the edge you will fall), but I am about 235lbs and have lower back problems and this mattress is COMFORTABLE. Not worth spending money on a name brand mattress when there is quality like this out there for hundreds of dollars cheaper.

This was perfect for teen daughter. We didn’t realized how old her prior mattress into we moved to our new home. Upgraded her in size and also the comfort is so good with the pillow top specially for her she’s always complaining about back aches, so has helped hearing those complaints a lot less.

This is the third Zinus I have purchased, two for guest rooms and one for my son. EVERYONE who has stayed at our house (and my son) positively comments that they LOVE this mattress and had a great night of sleep. Even two friends who have difficulty sleeping at night! The fact that is was delivered...and so easy to put on the bed and how it opens made it so much easier than buying at a store and paying delivery fees. I did need someone with bigger muscles than mine to take up up a flight of stairs. But I was able to angle it onto the bed frame and open it myself. Being a person who sews clothes since I was in 5th grade (now 63) I can attest to the quality fabric and substantial stitching on this product. The price is low if you consider the quality of product. Thanks Sam's for carrying this product.

I bought this s a replacement mattress for our camper. We have only slept on it 2 nights but both nights I got an amazing nights sleep. It seems at first like it's a firm mattress but after a couple minutes it adjusts to your body and becomes a medium comfort. I can honestly say I slept better on this mattress, in a camper, than in my own bed!(which is also new) I woke with 0 aches. Extremely happy with the purchase and price.

I took a chance buying this just looking at a picture and reading reviews. The reviews were mostly very good, so I bought it. It was interesting when it came, as it was in a long, not very wide box. It was heavy even so. I took it out of the box and it was wrapped in some material and taped. This is 12-inches ????? As I unwrapped the material and tape the mattress flattened out but was still scrunched. As I cut the plastic over the mattress there was a swoosh of air and - wow - there was the 12-in mattress. It is firmer than my old one but it is very comfortable and I am sleeping longer before old age muscle pains wake me up. I am so glad I took a chance, esp., for the price and with free shipping - what a deal overall. Ahhhh !

The mattress seams to be a good quality, ordered by mail. It is more firm than I thought it would be though. I have it on a platform bedframe. I would have returned it but since I ordered it by mail and it came compressed in a box I had no way to take it back.

First we have got the California king and a queen version of this bed. Both are amazing. I still cant believe this was rolled up in a box and in one day was firm, comfortable and looked like it had to have been delivered. Nope just took it out of box, unwrap, lay where you need it and then open actual mattress part and watch a bed magically appear.. Its awesome in every way. Allow 24 full hours before getting on bed so it forms properly though dont get on it early

I thought I liked firm mattresses but this mattress determined that was a lie! I will say that as time goes by, either my body is adjusting or the mattress is becoming less “stiff”. I mean, it seems to be a good mattress but anyone you see saying it’s soft is a liar. This is truly firm. I feared that the mattress wouldn’t expand properly because I had a big hump in the middle, but it eventually disappeared. Give it time to do its thing. Overall, I think I’ll like the mattress. Just have to get used to it or develop back issues that would appreciate this very firm mattress.
