We bought this for our guest bedroom to replaced a worn out innerspring mattress, and put it on top of the old box springs. It is really nice! I slept on it last night (thanks, snoring husband...hehe), and it was very comfortable. It is pretty firm, but still cushiony. It seems very high quality. You can't beat it for this price!

Uncomfortable. I could feel the coils. I added a 2” cover and that helped some, but I returned it. It also seemed like the center was higher than the sides. Note that you are supposed to open it within 72 hours of receipt (verify hours on package). Ours arrived earlier than expected and we were out of town. It was five days before we opened it. This is our third bed in a box.

I am a grad student who bought this when I moved across the country. It was nice that it shipped to my house for free. When I first opened it, it had a paint-like smell that went away after about a week. This is a firm mattress, and the first few nights I had to adjust, but after that I have slept very well. It’s not like sleeping on concrete or anything, but it is definitely firm and doesn’t have much give. I find it to be rather supportive. I didn’t want a mattress that would sink in over time. I have only had this for about a month, but I can see it will hold up for a while. I didn’t place it on box springs, but rather I built a pallet bed out of 4 pallets (base layer) and it seems to hold up well. Overall, it’s a good mattress, especially for the price and free delivery.

This mattress is for our camper. I needed a good one for my bad back. There was no way we could fit a queen size mattress in the camper door. However, the way this mattress came all compact, we were able to put it right on the platform and open it up. Amazing! I was just surprised how firm it is. I would have liked it a tad softer. That is the only reason I gave it a 4. If I could have given a 4.5, I would have.

This was perfect for teen daughter. We didn’t realized how old her prior mattress into we moved to our new home. Upgraded her in size and also the comfort is so good with the pillow top specially for her she’s always complaining about back aches, so has helped hearing those complaints a lot less.

I bought this mattress for my son who lives far away. He works two jobs and only catches sleep here and there. I sent him this mattress sight unseen with the frame. He sent me pictures of each stage of him putting it together. The fact it came in a box had me scared I had made a mistake. It unfolded beautifully. He let it rise for 6 to 8 hours. Then he had the best nights sleep he has had in years. And continues too each night there after. Best present I have ever given someone. I highly recommend this mattress. Comfortably firm mattress that holds it shape.

Very firm, but I sleep like a rock ever since I got it. Great support in all the right places so I don't wake up sore like I had been for years with my previous mattress. I might add a thin topper just to soften it up a little, but have been sleeping on it for the past month without so might just live with it. So far worth every penny and a great buy for the price. The frame with it was fun and easy to put together and is sturdy, leaves lots of great storage space underneath.

I purchased the Zinus Night Therapy iCoil 12 inches Euro Box Top Spring Queen Mattress set about a week ago and I have slept on it 3 nights so far. I love the softness that this bed combo has to offer, I just can not deal with the heat transfer from the mattress itself. I would suggest to the company to make this mattress a Cooling mattress. Each morning after sleeping on this mattress, I woke up in drenched in sweat.

This is the third Zinus I have purchased, two for guest rooms and one for my son. EVERYONE who has stayed at our house (and my son) positively comments that they LOVE this mattress and had a great night of sleep. Even two friends who have difficulty sleeping at night! The fact that is was delivered...and so easy to put on the bed and how it opens made it so much easier than buying at a store and paying delivery fees. I did need someone with bigger muscles than mine to take up up a flight of stairs. But I was able to angle it onto the bed frame and open it myself. Being a person who sews clothes since I was in 5th grade (now 63) I can attest to the quality fabric and substantial stitching on this product. The price is low if you consider the quality of product. Thanks Sam's for carrying this product.

I have been using this mattress just over a week now and am really pleased with it. we were skeptical of a mattress being compressed into a box but this is truly amazing. One of the best mattresses I've ever slept on. Hope it holds up, but so far very good.
