My favorite razors

Razor blades work great.

Not for sensitive skin or knobby knees. Whatever money I saved by downgrading to these, I have now spent on Band-Aids.

All other Venus razors are awesome but these one do not do the trick! You have to go over one spot multiple times because the lip of the lotion strip is in the way of the razor making contact with the skin.

I needed to replace an older Venus razor and was in a hurry. Didn't really look at the design until I got home. Since I didn't have time to return it and choose another razor, I went ahead and opened the package and took the new razor with me on a trip. The gel soap bubbles on each side of the razor definitely are not necessary and irritated my skin as I shaved. I ended up giving the entire package to a sister. I will go back to my Venus Quattro.

I had to look up my order to be sure I wasn’t reusing disposable razors. I have used Venus for years and the blades I get come with a metal handle. These are not quality and are the equivalent of a disposable. I get razor burn almost every time I use them. I’m going to to use them up but I really hate them and don’t recommend.

The first couple of shaves are ok if you can deal with the comfortglide barrier around the blades that gets gummy and slimy. Afterwards the blades start to cut your skin going over your shins or anywhere that bones protrude. Only 3 blades vs the 5 that many men’s razors come with. Will not recommend or repurchase.

3 blades gives a decently close shave. Lubricating strips allow the shaver to glide effortlessly across the skin. I've never had a problem getting accidentally cut. My husband occasionally uses them for a quick head and other area shave. He says they dont shave as close as a 5 blade. But he can shave so much faster without worrying about cutting himself.
