Shredder worked fine about 3 times for 30 mins over the course of a week. Then it just stopped working completely!

This shredder is great for the price. It shreds at least 12 sheets of paper at a time, credit cards, staples etc.

I like that this shredder cut cards as well as paper. Works very well for shredding documents as confetti.

Easy to set up, basically plug it in, run the included lubrication sheet, and use. Good size with large capacity.

Its a good machine but not for 12 sheets at a time as advertised. It jams often when shredding more than 4-5 sheets.

We love this shredder. It’s sleek, works great, and it’s pretty quiet compared to our old one. The wheels are another plus.

Horrible purchase. Motor went out in 30 minutes. Terrible electrical smell. Followed instructions and nothing work to fix the shredder.

Very quiet. Shreds very small. Not very fast but surprisingly powerful for a small shredder. Perfect for household personal use.

This unit works very well and is much quieter than our previous model. We also like that you don't have to use a trash bag inside of it.

not a resilient shredder and there's no way this shredder would be able to handle 12 sheets at one time as my 1st day shredder jammed on 3 pages of carbon copies
