We’ve had a shredder for many years and were pleased with it, but needed a little more ability and capacity. We found it! Even cuts up CDs with no problem and has a great capacity for our home office.

Very happy with product. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Easy to use, shreds minutely, handy size along side desk/table, basket great for clean disposal. Perfect for my home use. Like much better than my old one with no basket.

I have no regrets. The cost was affordable and the shredding is great. I love the fact that it rolls and I can lock the wheels. Highly recommend this Member's Mark 12 sheet shredder

Our Community Shred Days were cancelled in 2020. The micro-cut feature is great, and this machine makes processing larger and smaller shred jobs quickly.

I am very pleased with the shredder that I purchased. It runs much quieter than my previous model. It is convenient to have a light to notify you that the unit is full. I love that it shreds into very small pieces. The price is great!

Couldn't believe how well this shredder works for the price. I does a great job and shreds papers into really small bits. The paper container is fairly large and holds a lot of paper.

So far I am very pleased with this shredder. It has a great sheet capacity and the cross shredding gives me great comfort that sensitive information will be safely destroyed.

I'm very happy with the new shredder. It's a little slower than the old one I had, but it cuts things smaller, and the bin is slower to fill up. And instead of having to lift the top off the bin to empty (and paper bits falling off), the bin slides out to empty. And I believe this one had a lower price than my old shredder.

No other words describe than piece of junk. Quit working after 3 months of light use. The local store refused to exchange for new one. Seems to be common problems with this junk and customer service at the Winston-Salem, NC location.
