I am very pleased with the shredder that I purchased. It runs much quieter than my previous model. It is convenient to have a light to notify you that the unit is full. I love that it shreds into very small pieces. The price is great!

Our Community Shred Days were cancelled in 2020. The micro-cut feature is great, and this machine makes processing larger and smaller shred jobs quickly.

Very impressed. We had been without a shredded for a LONG time and spent more than an hour shredding on multiple occasions trying to get caught back up. This machine handled it like a pro!

So far I am very pleased with this shredder. It has a great sheet capacity and the cross shredding gives me great comfort that sensitive information will be safely destroyed.

original shredder worked fine until one day it started /stop, started / stop, started / stop until paper was shredded, returned under warranty, and now the replace does the same. ( out of warranty).Originally purchased @ $54, now on sale for $59. I think I'll try one more, thats it.
