This shredder worked out of the box for a short period of time, then as many others have pointed out it stops/starts repeatedly and sort of "pulses" and will not shred consistently. I did all the service items recommended (lubricated the blades, cleaned the sensors, etc.) and it has not helped. I took my first unit back to Sam's Club for a replacement, they gave me a new one. Now I am out of the warranty period, I cannot find my original receipt, and the manufacturer will not send me a replacement under their 3 year warranty. This is not being used in a commercial setting, this is occasional home use. I understand it is my fault on losing the receipt, but all the same if I have had 2 units fail the same way in much under a year, this seems like a poorly designed unit. Going to scrap this unit and look for a different brand.

Purchased this product, but seldom used it, at most 15 times. I had very high hopes when this machine was working and it worked like magic!, When I used it, it worked excellent up until two weeks ago, when it decided to start pulsing when I started shredding documents. The refund policy is extremely confusing. on the website, it notes "Return this item for a full refund or replacement at anytime...." Called customer care, and they noted the "Read the full policy" which is contradictory. to the "full refund or replacement". That's fine, this shredder will be going to the shredder, To Sam's Club, you may want to contact the OEM about this product, seems like other customers have result the same flaw after one year.

I was originally concerned that the shredder might be easy to jam from prior experience using diamond cut shredders but this one doesn't seem to have an issue even if you shred envelopes which sometimes the glue or gunk would clog. So far I've probably shredded about two containers worth of paper and all my junk mail so far so good.

False and conflicting advertising copy. Every sheet of paper has twopages (front and back). When you claim 12 sheets at a time, that means 24 pages which greatly exceeds a light duty shredder's capacity. Also, in another part of the description you more accurately claim up to 6 sheets/12 pages which is more accurate. 4 to 5 sheets of 20%23 bond paoer probably more accurately describes the true capacity. Please correct your false and misleading (and inconsistent) product description.

Don't buy this, work for about a year with light use, and start having power pulsing problem like others. Can't return it because it exceed 90 days
