Excellent equipment

This is an excellent shredder. It is the quietest shredder I have seen and used. One is able to use this shredder when everyone is sleeping, and it will not wake anyone. When it is time to empty the basket, it easily slides out and in with no problem. Micro cut is actually micro cut, there is no putting anything back together. This is definitely a steal at this price with the features this shredder has. Another feature, it has wheels. Definitely loving this shredder!!!

Works well

So far I'm very pleased

We purchased this shredder in August 2022 for Lite home use and it already failed. The shredder pulsate shreds as others reviewers have noted. The last shredder we had lasted at least 15 years before we replaced with it this one last year. Very disappointed in the product quality especially with what appears to be a well known documented malfunction. I really expected better results from a Member's Mark product.

I used the shredder for 10 months and then started pulsing for few seconds after I turn on & started shredding. After a month it is always pulsing to shred. I thought it is a defective one, turned off the power and tried to clean the sensor located in the center of the feeder (near the CD symbol) with a slightly wet swab on both sides. Then turned on the power and the shredder started working normally.
