[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing, we've been a bit busy, but finally had time to finish on. These Mega Pokémon really stick together. Some times we had problems getting them together, but we managed. They are posable and so cute! The instructions are easy to follow. I was sent this Mega Pokémon for no cost to give my honest opinion. Honestly, they are great! Our whole house love building toys and these fit right in!

There are many small pieces that are perfect for the age range that they are being recommended for. It teaches children to keep all the pieces together otherwise they will not be able to finish the very cool Pokémon characters but also, teaches them perseverance even through frustration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a cute set! My 7-year-old is pretty obsessed with Pokemon, so this was a no-brainer. I love that each character is individually wrapped making it a bit easier to keep them separate when you are building. It was challenging for him but he still did it almost all on his own. I think I helped with one part. They are so cute when they are done that we put the finished one on his desk like decor for his room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set was a win-win for my elementary aged girls who love Eevee, and Piplup. Pickachu was a nice bonus buddy! When fully built, the Pokemon are each as tall as my hand, which is substantially bigger than I, and my kiddos, anticipated! That made for a more challenging build, but a more rewarding playtime, since each of the Pokemon have arms, legs, (and tails!) that can be moved or posed. The set is recommended for ages 7 and up. I'd say that's a good guideline. My 10 and 8 year old were able to work on these with no problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute, the box is cute and it’s organized well when we first got it. The directions are a lot of steps but easy to follow. The ages on the box are 7+ which I think it just depends on the kid. My 7 year old had some trouble with this. I think it’s perfect for a little bit older. It definitely kept my kids busy and we would get it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall my boys liked this Mega Pokemon Building Kit. They loved the characters, the fact the steps were in numbered bags and the ease of figuring out who got what parts. The kits look great when complete as well. Down sides for us is though we loved the box with the different compartments with photos we didn’t figure it out until we opened the box completely wrong so would have like to see an “open here” spot. The finished product wasn’t as big as we thought there would be so maybe a “not actually size” disclaimer. As for the build itself there were a few steps that could have been clearer. Some of the pieces were hard to get together and even after getting them together they just didn’t sit “right” not flush or wouldn’t set down all the way. Overall my boys really enjoyed the build and the final product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a unique set to build. The three characters were much larger than my boys expected when they looked at the photos on the box. Even compared to other similar character building sets, the finished products were bigger than they were used to building. Entire set went together easily and my boys loved how the character looked when building was complete!

I bought this for my daughter for Easter. She was so excited to put it together. Within the first 2 steps of assembling one of the characters we were missing a piece so I returned it and bought another one thinking it was just the box. Once we got home we opened the second box and started putting the same character together. This time we had all the pieces for the character, but not for another character. They put the wrong piece in the bag. We ended up using a different piece that worked, but it wasn’t the right color or the same piece. I am not happy that pieces were missing and that I had to return it. I would have returned this box, but now I’m too far in to return it in my opinion.

The straightforward assembly process ensures that even a young builder can experience the joy of creating their favorite Pokemon characters independently. With 583 pieces, the final builds are not massive, which is perfect for display purposes. While the set is fantastic overall, I deducted one star due to the occasional difficulty in snapping some pieces together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves Pokemon and building kits, so this toy seemed like a sure fire hit. For the most part, it was. This kit includes three models, and the organization within the box was such that the pieces for each model were clearly separated into their own individual compartments (which could be handy if you’re dividing this kit among multiple children). And the models once assembled are very cute. My son did complain a bit that the bricks didn’t fit together as easily as another brand’s, but he was impressed with the level of detail achieved in this kit. Overall, a solid choice for the Pokemon fan/builder in your life.
