Pumps don't work!

Bought a set and the pump wouldnt work on the shampoo. I really liked it so i thought id just buy a new set and use the pumps. 2 sets cant be bad right? Wrong!! Both of the pumps on the new set dont work!! 4 bottles, and one working pump. I keep extra pumps on hand, but none fit these bottles!! So frustrated!!
