It makes my hair nice and soft. And my hair color last longer

I used olaplex for years as a blonde but switched to this when I went red considering it pulled less color out. Im blonde again now and will never switch back to Olaplex. This is a godsend for my hair. It removes tangles without leaving product buildup. Soo good!

I’ve purchased this shampoo and conditioner in the past and will continue to buy again. Hair doesn’t feel dry after continuous use and want to protect my color. Nice scent too.

This is the second time I had problems with the pump nozzle. When trying to open and use the pump nozzle will not eject. Had to fight with it until I gave up. One bottle finally worked and the other didn’t lift up. Had to unscrew and use an old pump. Very frustrating!

Not impressed with this formula. I love the Nexxus Therappe formula & thought I would give this a try since it is designed for colored hair. The first thing that I noticed is that it doesn't lather well at all. I find myself using twice as much product & my hair still doesn't feel as clean, shiny or smooth. I will stick with the other Therappe version in the silver & grey bottles.

The shampoo dispenser is broken and you can't pump out the shampoo, but the mouthwash dispenser works.

I bought this set several times. One time, the set had two shampoos, no conditioner. In the current set, the pump won't open. I have tried several times to open it. I am not new to working pumps for soaps. Then, the pump completely fell apart. I like the product, but I feel they need to work on the oackaging of the prodict.
