We have a Nordic track treadmill and recently purchased their RW 900 Rower. Have always been a huge fan of Nordic track and the iFIT trainers!

I love the rower. Best workout for my 64 year old body. Not hard on my knees. I have lost weight too!! (15 lbs)

Rower is pretty quiet. Smooth ride. Awesome all body workout. Great classes as well as scenic tours. Better than a gym anyday!

Tons of videos - from beginner to advanced. Great off-rower core exercises as well to break up the workouts.

My husband and i bought this on Black Friday and we love it. Rowing every day, we each have our favorite iFIT coaches - best purchase in a long time!
