Great machine! My husband and I have been wanting a rower for a while now. We have two other NordicTrack products…treadmill and bike, both with iFit…so when shopping for a rower, there was no question about what to buy brand-wise. We LOVE this machine. We are both distance runners and are quad-dominant runners which means our hamstrings and glutes are weaker than our quads. We wanted a rower not only to work our upper body and core, but also target those weak areas in our lower limbs. Just a month into using this machine, we noticed a big difference in body mechanics and performance. The machine itself is very well made and was easy to assemble. It took a minute to get used to proper form with rowing (we have never done this type of sport), but the iFit guides are so good at explaining the how-to’s (as usual!) that we adapted pretty quickly. It is a great addition to our home gym and another great piece of equipment to do cross training. We love NordicTrack products and our iFit trainers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had hip surgery a while back and haven't been able to do some of the exercises that I used to do but this rower is something I actually can do and it is definitely making me stronger and I just enjoy using it. The workouts on iFit are amazing and encourage me to keep trying even when I'm pooped. This is one of the best purchases I've probably ever made.

I did so much research before purchasing and made the commitment for the RW900 ... I got it delv'd and put it together myself --- It was pretty easy straightforward for the assembly, only issue --- it is very heavy so 2 people carrying in the box is a must! I have been using it now a bit over 30 days and working out every other day ... I love it. What a complete workout and feeling good by it. iFit is nice and doing well for me. Overall I love this machine and will continue to use it! I hope to see some great results in some time down the road!

Great treadmil for the price. It is easy enough to move and fairly quiet. Wishlist- fan vents that can be directed- they are fixed permanently and blow over my head, a wider ledge on screen to hold cell phone or tablet more easily, ability to view mileage, elevation and time all at once.

well made machine. good work out when you pick up the pace and jack up the resistance. heart rate come close to running and it is more of a full body work out. I like the brit instructors the most. I bought the heart rate monitor, too. something I wish they would have been clear on is that you must wait until the connecting phase is complete before clicking elsewhere on the screen. all and all - I'm happy w/ the purchase

The RW900 is an incredible workout machine. Smooth, fluid and quiet! Monitor Screen size perfect with plenty of volume options and the iFIT training progams top notch and choice of music options excellent. Overall could not be happier AND an incredible workout!!!

I am enjoining greatly this new Nordic Track RW 900 rower; having completed nearly 20 workouts on this equipment so far. I also love the IFIT interface with the rower and how it is tied to my Nordic Track Vault and S27I Nordic Track Studio Bike workouts. The log IFIT produces ties together with all of my rowing workouts giving me great fitness metrics. I would highly recommend this rower to anyone. The equipment is solid and smooth and with the IFIT Olympic level, on screen instruction, just cannot be beat. I am a very happy customer. Dave - Galloway and Bolder Brands Ambassadors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a wonderful machine, but I am struggling to use it frequently as I find the “beginner” iFIT classes WAY too difficult. I have Dysautonomia and need a class that’s truly for beginners. Maybe for senior citizens?

This is a great rowing machine that I am enjoying quite a bit, combined with the fact that the monitor and coach via the ifit software makes me feel like rowing down the amazon river or across the English channel is great. 2 critiques: 1. The rower does need to be reset sometimes at least every other week where the ift program gets stuck and the only way to fix it is to turn the machine off via the power button and turn it back on. 2. the ifit subscription is needed to use this rower effectively and is a bit pricey per year. overall a great buy...software is a bit touchy but the rower is very nice and solid.

I have the rower, the Peloton Bike, and Tread. The Peloton has a far superior user interface, the app also runs significantly fast. Nordic track UI is slow and clunky, you have to wait until you select a class and start the warm-up to connect Bluetooth devices. When you do connect, you hear you have connected to "extra memory" instead of connected to your device. The Pelotons tell me which device I have actually connected to. When selecting classes, you can't just search for rowing classes, it's literally now an option. That said, the rowing machine is nice and smooth, and well-built. That said, ill be selling it and buying the Peloton just because the UI sucks so bad.
