Good, but salty

It had inch wide chunks of grizzle, cartilage and bone throughout. You'd have to trim out a 3rd of the hard stuff to find edible meat. Nothing like getting hard cartilage and bone chunks in your sandwich! Nobody wanted to finish it so into the trash it goes.

I admit to using some Members Mark branded products from Sam’s, but they should really stick to non-food items. This meat is not good. As another reviewer said, it is tough, and I would add that the flavor is lacking. The Castle Wood brand that my Sam’s store used to carry was very good. I would gladly pay more for a tasty product like it over this.
