Uncured means healthier, also lower in fat yet full of flavor. Just enjoyed a sandwich on pumpernickel tonight.

Extremely disappointed with expiration date of 3 weeks (expires 3-11-26). I have ham from Kroger that was purchased 3 weeks ago that expires in 4-23-26).
