I was surprised at the quality and taste of this ham. Use it in salads and on a sandwich. But great just ti eat alone.

This is pretty good ham, it makes a great ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. You get occasional gristly bits but not to bad

Uncured ham for sandwiches 🥪 or sliced in salads. This ham is not too salty and has a balcony flavor. I really enjoy this.
