It had inch wide chunks of grizzle, cartilage and bone throughout. You'd have to trim out a 3rd of the hard stuff to find edible meat. Nothing like getting hard cartilage and bone chunks in your sandwich! Nobody wanted to finish it so into the trash it goes.

I used to buy this product all the time, but it’s different now. It got super slimy and gross really quick. I even took it out of the crappy container it came in and but it in air tight container. Had to throw it out after a week. Groceries are way too expensive to be throwing things out.
