SAD BLUEY

When I picked up the cake the name was on upsidedown. They tried to fix it, but then used the wrong color icing. Then the image cracked. Then when I cut the cake wrong flavor. BAD experience

HORRIBLE! RUINED MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY

This cake does not look as pictured. The writing on the cake is definitely sub par. Service dealing with the cake was sub par. I'm disappointed in Sam's Club
