We had vanilla cake and it was great. It was ready on time, the bakery lady told me exactly where to put the characters. The cake tasted as expected. We will be coming back to Sam’s Bakery for all of our cakes!

They cake was great. It was exactly like it was suppose to be and tasted great. My daughter loved it and I think her younger brother enjoyed it even more though it wasn't his birthday cake

We have not been disappointed with any Sam’s cake purchased this year. The cake was delicious, moist and tasty. Well decorated. I added some decoration for a bit more pizazz. A hit with my 2 year old grandson. Such a deal in comparison to the cost of a grocery store bakery cake.

The cake was delicious, but I was sad that there was not sprinkles surrounding the outside the picture shows. That’s what I ordered so that’s what I expected. The rest of the cake decorations were fine.

Not at all happy-the name was on upside down, after they fixed it they put the wrong color icing on it, after we got it home, it cracked bad on the top. Also was the wrong flavor cake

When I picked the cake up it looked great a few hours later it had developed a very large bump, larger than a softball, on the top of the cake. It caused the yellow screen printed image and the words to crack. I called Sam’s and was told a supervisor/manager would call me back. No one ever called. We were unable to serve the cake since we were concerned about what would have caused the bump.
