These are super sharp, not heavy, easy to use. I had no problem cutting meat and tomatoes come out nice and neat cubes. The handle is plastic with rough surface for a good grip. Very pleased with both knives, highly recommend!

Super sharp, cut right through the bone of a chicken thigh at the blink of an eye. I am very pleased with how it washed in the dishwasher and the cool grip like handle. This is easily going to be my go-to knife for everything

These knives are bigger than expected. These cut so well. I've used them on veggies and meat and work perfectly on both. I recommend this knife set for all isers. Great 2 piece for a great buy. Would make a great gift.

Better than expected. These knives hold an edge pretty well so far. The grip is very well made to handle the knife properly. Chops and dices food like butter. It’s weight is minimal but enough to be well balanced as your using it.

The knives do the job. The handle is comfortable. They cut nicely. They are not to heavy which is great because I have a small hands. I use it to cut up some a chicken breast into strips and the knife was smooth.

These knifes seem heavy and durable. They handle is hard plastic and the blade seems to be sharp. The grip is easier for a male with larger hands as they are massive, but sturdy to cut hard to cut items.

These knives were great to my amazement especially because of the price point. They are sharp and completely did the job. A must have for every kitchen! Great for slicing vegetables, meats, chicken etc. I even purchased a set to take camping!

Nice knives with sturdy handles. My husband is the one who uses them the most and he says they are very nice knives and he really likes the handles and the way they cut. He wants to get some more for our kids for gifts.

Decent blades, Heavy bulky handles. Not very balanced or comfortable. More like a meat cleaver than a santoku knife. Very thick handles, bulky for even a medium size hands.

These knifes are amazing. They make chopping vegetables so quick and easy. You can slice through sweet potatoes so smoothly. The knives are very large too so it can chop a lot of herbs at once when mincing.
